Used to love this place, but recently I guess they hired some kids who keep messing everything up.For example, ordered a some food for family and friends. Got a few blackbean items. Which is their vegetarian version of food. ALL OF THEM HAD MEAT IN THEM. I tried calling the number on the site but it ALWAYS just rings until you get "sorry can't get to your call, peak times" and then it hangs up. I tried a few times. While the person got sick from eating the meat. This happened more than once recently. And it's really frustrating.
This Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell consistently. It's ALWAYS out of EVERYTHING. Today's excuse is "no fried items." Right now Nacho fries are in all of the deal/boxes. Half the time the store is closed well before midnight, with not even a note as to why. Every time I come here it's something. If there was another Taco Bell nearby, I would NEVER come to this one.
at least they got half of my order right. I ordered 4 tacos in total, 2 chicken, 1 steak, and 1 beef taco. I told the guy no lettuce on all of the tacos and extra cheese on all of them. He asks me if my order looks correct on the screen. I tell him yes but ask him if he understood no lettuce on the rest of the tacos since the screen only said no lettuce on the beef taco. He gets all huffy with me saying "well I have it now" in a rude way. I didn't say anything but as soon as I got my food I already knew my order would be wrong. I open the bag and 2 of the tacos are covered in lettuce and only one has extra cheese. Also they just randomly thew an extra taco in there, which was also covered in lettuce. No offense but how difficult was it to understand my order lol? They weren't even busy. If they forgot the extra cheese I could live with that, but I spent $18 on 4 tacos and 2 drinks, but 2 of the tacos were made wrong and only 1 had extra cheese. I work in fast food too so I didn't make a big stink about it, maybe they were just having a bad day I have no idea. Also the taco bell on Palmdale road by starbucks and where the old target used to be literally puts lettuce on my food no matter what. : ( . I have yet to try the other taco bell locations (like Adelanto, Phelan, apple valley, and a few others in the high desert). Hopefully those end up being better
DOESN'T CLOSE AT 1. I'VE BEEN HERE WAITING SINCE 10:30 AND ITS 11:10. Literally no one will answer the speaker or come to the window, even if you place an order online. There's 2 people inside hiding. Worst service I've ever had. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
This location is great. The staff strive to get all orders made correctly, even with specific changes requests to their menu items. The drive thru can be slow during the busy times when people generally eat, so I usually just go inside to order, as it is sometimes quicker. The kiosk to order inside the restaurant is easy to use and when I was first introduced to it, one of the team members took the time to show me how to use it.
The last few Sundays that we've pulled up to the drive thru after 10 the restaurant lights are off. There's usually 2 cars parked outside so I'm sure there's staff there. Today there was a Baja blast on the counter at the drive thru window still bubbling like it was freshly poured. Listing says they're open till 1am. Not sure what the deal is but do with that knowledge what you will.
Night shift manager so smart keep all the parking lot, tacobell sign meanu lights OFFso anyone driving by would think they are close . Lack of attention from owner and district manage .
They were completely out of chicken and mild sauce. But lucky for me I love the Beefy 5 layer burritos, to die for.
It was open . went through drive through sat there 8 min before someone said something. When they did they were not set up. Come back in 15 min not ready yet to order my food. Bad service.. This is the first time I had to pull around to what when there was no one in drive through or on dining room. When I did order anshe was so rud .at the window .
There's a reason why this taco bell averages a 3 to 4. The employees are not attentive to ensure you get the condiments and any add ons in drive-thru. I asked for onions on layered burrito and there were none. I also asked for at least 10 of the "Hot" taco sauce packets and only received 3. I asked for 3 of the "mild" and received 5? Do they just not listen? Is the right hand not talking to the left? Also, no napkins?
