Closed at 7:00pm when Google says 8. I understand the need to close early please set hours you can keep and have the updated hours posted. This has happened multiple times in this location and a few near by.
They have coffee. Just like the Gas station or 7-11. It just costs a lot more..
Clearly a working health care worker and a customer waiting on an order. I can read plain English that the lobby is closed but I Desperately needed to use the restroom before my 1 hour and 15 min drive home. They’d rather see me wet myself on the job trying to make it just across the way to the Shell, which I started to, than just help someone out. If I’d known that’s how it was I wouldn’t have ordered my drink at all. Glad I don’t come to this area often as I won’t be stopping at this Starbucks again.
Usually this is my favorite Starbucks to come to but today it seemed like the people were in a really bad mood. I asked for a Venti and the barista gave me a grande when I told her about the mistake she yanked the drink from my hand and dumped it on the sink with an attitude. When I took a sip from the drink it was so watered down it was gross. I went back to tell them and they totally ignored me. I am one of the nicest people and try to treat everyone with respect but honestly if you don't like your job find a new one and don't take it out on the customers.
They can't spell my name right took and hour to give me my drink
Really weird, we went in were the first ones in line, we're waiting for like 20minutes. I don't mind waiting cause I understand people are trying to do their job the best they can, however multiple like at least three people were just standing there doing nothing while we made direct eye contact. No one helped us. We left :/
Says it’s open when it is not was closed at 7 ?? sure it is they are just lazy and don’t want to work I’m thinking

I came to this Starbucks today. Two of my drinks were very well. They were perfectly flavored and they looked delicious. But as you can see from my photo one of my drinks was very watered down. The flavor was very bland and was not worth what I payed for.
