Worst Starbucks location ever, I called them if they were closed and they asked me if reached within 2 minutes they can help me with the order, when I reached o saw the whole crew just hiding away and when I waited at the counter they came back and started smiling like deliberately they were trying to avoid me. Please don't waste your time at this location. Sucks big time!!!
I love Starbucks, unfortunately Starbucks has to do much better! Employees always look unhappy and miserable. I know they are overworked, maybe unappreciated. They have to do better, this place in particular! Every time I come in and say hello or have a great day there’s never a response! That’s just that, it takes them forever to get to your drinks! Mobile or inside. Management needs to address this, it has been going for some time now!
Horrible. Nothing worse then waiting for your first sip of the day just to get the wrong drink done. Not only did she have the drink in front of her for over a minute and stare at it and me but also had someone else give me my drink. As she’s standing right there doing nothing. Short little lady on 4/20 @ 8:06pm if you know who it is she sucks for customer service. Also she was training some kid. Training to be horrible is what she was doing.
very friendly when you ask for a special drink they don't hesitate to make it and I always comes out exactly the way I ordered it and thank you for my birthday coffee ?
The customer service was amazing and the drive thru was quick and effecient!
I order a cup of coffee with sugar and steam half and half and ice water and they give me coffee without sugar. And they were very rude ?
I ordered a sweet cream nitro cold brew with extra ice. The guy working the drive through was crabby and told me that the ice deactivates the nitro. I order my drink like this ALL the time and today apparently it was an issue. So he gave me a regular cold brew with sweet cream, but literally it was iced milk. I did NOT taste any coffee at all. Super disappointed, why couldn't I just get what I wanted?!?
The customer service I had was wonderful. Attentive and had great suggestion for items they were out of. But this location is out of so many items. I haven't seen any locations with such little selection.
Gone down hill, first they're only open on random days and hours. Now app said 5-8 minute wait, try 25 minutes!!! For 2 coffees!!! Rude baristas too. I told the barista we'd been waiting for our order for awhile, expecting her to ask my name and make sure it had gone through or hadn't been overlooked. Nope. She just says when it's ready it'll be on the counter. Then the 2 drinks were ready 3 or 4 minutes apart. No straw, my daughter stood there for several minutes trying to ask for a straw, several saw her but no one came over to ask what she needed. Ridiculous!
One of few starbucks I can go and they actually prepare my order properly.
