Nice "hole in the wall" breakfast, brunch and lunch spot. They do also have dinner options but they close a little early around 4pm on a weekend. A lot of different menu selections are available. A little something for everyone. Love the running model train that tours the restaurant while you eat. The home potatoes and sausage were excellent. Service was fast and courteous. Service staff was wearing masks and they have built in plexiglass deviders between booths. This allows for more privacy when eating. Prices were reasonable. Would definitely visit again to try some more menu options.
I'm sorry to say that it was very disappointing. I ordered the meatloaf, gravy on the side, with mashed potatoes and green beans. The meatloaf had no taste at all, the mash potatoes were very dry and the green beans had no flavor either. A good cook would taste the food before serving it to the customers. At least add some salt to the water you use to boil the green beans. I cannot even describe the meat used in the meatloaf but it was disgusting. Now I know why they smother it with gravy. The only thing that was good was the split pea soup. Eventhough I was given a discount for the food, it doesn't compensate for the bad taste it left in my mouth and the disappointment. I don't recommend the meatloaf to anyone.
My family and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS RESTAURANT. It has great food, it has a vintage atmosphere, very clean and amazing service, the waitresses are really nice and friendly it is a welcoming and comforting restaurant in every aspect ❤️❤️❤️ I do never write reviews but I really needed to do this one bc it feels great to come here every time ???
Delicious multi grain pancakes. They served a bottle of warm maple syrup with our meal.
Great food, good place when I go out with my kids. Great different varieties of food. We all have our different cravings ?
I love it when my husband and I find a good mom & pop restaurant and this one is definitely a gem. The reviews were great and it wasn't that busy when we went, so we were more than happy to try it. They offer your typical American breakfast (we were in the mood for corned beef hash) which come in the perfect portion size. The food was cooked the way we wanted it and the waitresses were really nice. Ask them to run the train overhead.
The portion size was small to ok. I was served coffee and then waited on towards the end for a refill. Towards the end after almost finishing my meal I was offered and/or given a refill couple times. This was obviously not the appropriate time to try to tank someone up with coffee when they're about to leave. Would have been appreciated in the beginning.

Brought my grandchildren over for breakfast, many times, when they were just kids. They grew and moved away, one of them just came to visit and when I asked her, where would she like to go. She said " that place that had the railroad track high on the wall!" It did not disappoint, we had a wonderful breakfast and shared many good memories.
Loved the train. Food was great. Service was great. Bathroom access was tricky (mom is in a wheelchair) but manageable. I shall return soon
