Have not been to a sizzler in I don't know how long. We went for mother's day. The place wasn't over crowded but there were a lot of people. The one thing that caught me off guard was the ordering method. The menu is on the wall when you walk in you have to choose while waiting on line because you order at the register before you sit down. Which you find your own spot to sit. They do help if your having trouble finding a spot. Other than that, my wife got the steak and lobster which was nicely portioned and delicious. I got the salad bar which was satisfying. Over all a pleasant dining experience.
This is probably my favorite place in the high desert. It has been here for a very long time but the standards on food and service have not changed. The last visit I was crazy and took 9 people out for mother's day. With the restaurant packed to capacity, the hostess still apologized for the wait. We were seated within the hour and our food was great. I always suggest the salad bar but if you do that, order the skewers, they are worth it!
The young lady at the counter was extremely friendly. This was my first time visiting a Sizzler and quite some time and the food was delicious. You can't go wrong with their cheese toast :-) for a little under $30 I was able to get a steak, Malibu chicken, shrimp, french fries, and I added on a $5.99 share basket :-) it was plenty of food for five people to sample a little bit of everything. I will definitely be going back, with everybody trying to leave Hesperia in a hurry Sizzler has been the one constant:-)
Good food, Amber was our waitress and she did a great job. My steak was done perfect and so was my shrimp. The salad bar was excellent and fully stocked. What surprised me was how good the tomato soup was!!! Seriously, I wasn't expecting it to be that good. It totally caught me off guard.
Call me crazy but it seems like Sizzler on main St., Has stepped up their game! The meat was cooked perfectly, the salad bar was fresh (and we came in 30 minutes before closing time)! We have eaten here so many times in 20 years and I see great improvement.WELL DONE SIZZLER! no pun intended ☺️
Wow! Best sizzler I have ever been too. Clean and updated. The salad buffet had good tasting food and presentable display of items to pick choose from. A+ highly recommend.
Really disappointed they don't have a waiter escorting you to the table. You just walk in there and find your own table through a crowd of already seated tables. Would NOT recommend coming in with a party of 3 or more unless you wanna look like a fool walking through the whole entire restaurant trying to find a seat for the rest of your group! 3 stars only because I ordered medium rare steak which was good with the steak sauce.
Come here often with my husband. Love the salad they offer. Though the choices for the hot food could be better. Instead of those wedges they should put crinkly fries. Kids would love that and adults also. The nuggets are really good! Spaghetti noodles are hard and tough. Real disappointing is the ice cream is not real. It's like ice milk! With the money they make and how much we spend real ocean would be awesome.
It was okay. Their steak was often bland and they often forgot my items such as soup etc as a result I had to go back.Their crispy butterfly shrimp I now get at the grocery store for a fraction of the cost and either throw them in the toaster oven, air fry or oven bake. This includes all of their items.I was charged around 8 bucks for salad and it was just iceberg lettuce. The side salad is the same for less.Overall they are okay. I went back a few times out of hunger and not wanting to go to the other side of town.
02/10/22 Went there yesturday i took my whole family out to eat to celebrate early Valentine’s Day and the food is almost good specially the fired shrimp. But want love to order here is my favorite drink strawberry lemonade strawberry with sprite that’s my favorite drink of all times. Hopefully I can go back during the summer time so I can eat there like mini corn dogs but there have corn inside of them there only bring them back during the summer time once a year and our waitress is super nice and super sweet her name is Maria .
