I’m very disappointed in the lack of care I feel the manager displayed, I truly love finding positivity in every situation that I can but, I can’t in this one I ordered a fish sandwich because I DON’T EAT CHICKEN I’m a pescatarian and I called because they have me two chicken sandwiches instead of him showing sympathy and apologizing he said to call Uber and get a refund they substituted it w chicken because they didn’t have fish!!! No, you substitute fish w shrimp NOT A BIRD!!! That truly could have made me very Sick! Sometimes customers just want to know you are apologetic, that’s all, hopefully, they can improve in their customer service.
First, my wife and I sat in the Drive-Thru line for at least 20 minutes. Then after receiving our food and driving home to eat the food, the food was terrible. I ended up spending $32 for two meals that were far from being satisfactory. I will not eat there again.
WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. I made an online order and came here 45 minutes later waited in the long a** line in the drive thru only to get up to the window and be told i have to come inside. I asked the girl why because all i had was one box and she was completely clueless. I asked her if they started the order and she said no and to just go inside so i did. I stood there for another 30 minutes only be told they didnt have popcorn chicken and that i would have to wait another 30 minutes for it (WHAT A JOKE!!) so i replaced it with chicken then the girl told me they had no mac n cheese so basically they had NOTHING. The girl in the front (mexican) was trying to help everyone out i felt bad for her because from what i saw standing there is the girl in the drive thru and the people in the back were just talking and fu*king around while the girl in the front was the only one working . Complete trash!
Went there get some chicken tenders and they were "sold out"They don't allow orders to be taken on the inside anymore so you HAVE to go through the drive thru, this is especially annoying when you go there for a specific food item and then they are out of that item so you have to sit in the drive thru line still even though you aren't ordering anything.Now that Raising Canes Is open just up the road I fear that if Popeyes can't keep items in stock they will be losing customers to their competitors.
Mac n cheese is scrape up from left over pan's some burn and some brown. Cheese is cold. The chicken is missing chunk of meat. Look like someone ate it and put it back. What is going on in this Popeye. Never going back to this location...

Employees standing around talking instead of working to make things run smoothly. Even if you're a manager, asst manager, you help wherever it's needed to ensure customer service. It's fast food and the customers have an expectation to get their orders quickly not over a half hour later.
Terrible. Stopped for a quick meal on a road trip, drive thru with 5/6 cars took 40 minutes. Most of the menu was out of stock but there was no way to leave the drive thru so we were stuck with it. Still didn’t get our whole order.
Waited in line for an hour and they didn't even have spicy tenders! Employees standing around could easily prep some more, would give negative stars if possible
I'd give it minus points if I could. Did a mobil order, waited 25 minutes in the drive through. Was told to pull out front and someone would bring it out to us. Waited 20 more minutes and finally went in to see if the order was ready. Was told it would be 15 more minutes for the chicken to be ready. And then, a employee looks for the order and finds it just sitting in their heat lamp tub. An hour for 6 blackened chicken straps. Deleted the Popeyes app and blocked their email.
