Food is terrible! I sent my husband to grab me a teriyaki bowl with fried rice and they give out 1 pack of soy sauce… one pack! Then the rice is hard and crunchy…how is that happening when rice is there main dish !? The teriyaki chicken was really chewy! The rice was really dry as well! It’s so hard to find decent service for the money you pay
Horrible Experience at this location 2 times! I have a big family and spend 70$ everytime we order and we order several times a month. They shorted us a walnut shrimp bowl so I called and they told me they would write my name down for a free shrimp bowl meal next time I come in...two weeks later I go in to make my big family order and tell them I should have my name down for a free bowl..she comes back and tells me they don't have my name and can't give me a free bowl (with attitude) like I was lying...the 2nd Experience was them telling me they gave me teriyaki sauce with my big family oder and they didn't so I go back in and they give me 3 packets..I asked for more they said they couldn't give me more. I offered to pay for more and they still said they couldn't give me more. Really an order of 2 family packs, two 3 item combo meals, and a honey walnut shrimp bowl..3 sauces?? Food was good but really bad service!
Found some type of fly in my food ? made me sick but had no other option to eat it since it was late at night.
Terrible experience. Rude and unprofessional. We forgot to order a side of chow mein and I tried adding it at the window. The representative Crystal said she was not able to and we would have to go back around. Never heard this before anywhere else. I understand when it's like busy hours, but at 730pm and no one behind us...it was ridiculous.
Ordering through drive thru & the girl was rushing me, I wasn't done ordering for 4 people & she kept telling me to go to the window. She got my order wrong so I corrected her & she got frustrated, so someone else finished taking my order. When at window the 2nd girl was pretty rude as well, she got even more attitude when I asked for my 4th drink which she forgot to give me. Clearly they need training in customer service.
Great service, and delicious food.Used the mobile order, and the order was completed before the estimated time. When I went inside the staff was very kind, and gave me my order.
Ordered food online at 7:40 to be picked up at 8:30. When we arrived we were asked to wait. Didn’t receive our food till 8:50. When asked why we had to wait so long, the person who brought our food out rudely asked us what time we came through the drive through as if it justified why food ordered an hour ahead wasn’t ready to be picked up. Her excuse was that they only had one cook which doesn’t explain their lack of preparation. I can see them inside standing around talking.
Online ordered my food to be ready at 8:30, it’s now 8:45 and my food still isn’t ready. I work night shifts and now I’ll be running late to work rather than being early. I’m the only person here so it’s not like they’re busy?
I had an ‘okay’ experience here. I went to the drive thro and ordered only a panda bowl. When deciding what I wanted as a side I was torn between chow mein and fried rice. When ordering I told the lady working the drive through I wanted chow mein then I switched to fried rice (within seconds). She became annoyed and said she already made it and couldn’t switch it.I ended up just getting fried rice on the side. She was unfriendly when it was time to pay.When I arrived home I ate my panda bowl. Food quality was as expected. I received complimentary: one hot sauce packet, one soy sauce packet & one fortune cookie.All in all- service was fast, there was no line in the drive thro and the food was okay ??
Where has customer service gone? Fast food is a customer service industry. Ordered 5 items, first item ordered wasn't in the bag, REALLY on the first item the order was already wrong. That's failure. Called and they said they would give me that item free. Wow! Who cares, this after they tried to blame it on the delivery service and I said NO the delivery person was my daughter. A free item that missing doesn't compensate. I drove ALL the way back to the store and gave the order back for a refund that's what I wanted and that's what should have been done in the first place. Would have given no stars if possible. By the way they had an hour and a half to get my order processed and WRONG!
