Food wise... it's McDonald's. You already know if you love it or hate. I've been to some "nice" ones where the franchise owner obviously takes pride in their business. This is NOT that place. The entire place looked dirty. The floors were sticky and had spilled soda, food and dirt everywhere. Tables and seats were dirty. Play area was boarded off and part of the dining area looked like storage. I asked for a tray and liner, but got a DIRTY tray with liner instead. I get Covid happened but there's been plenty of time to come back from that. This location is not lacking business... it's lacking standards. Gross.
Worse experience ever! Get my bag of food without one of the hamburgers soo I told the lady nicely I was missing a mcdouble for her to tell me no it’s under the fries , I look and no it wasn’t thAn she said I need to see the bag I give it to her and she looks in it and says yes it’s under the fries soo I proceed to take EVERYTHING out of the bag and hold the bag upside down for her to say ok soo what are you missing!! At this point I was livid…. I just want what I paid for not trying to get a $2 burger for free ??♀️ what happened to good customer service? Haven’t seen it at this location in years!!!
This is the worst McDonald’s in the HD don’t go here. 7 out of 10 they will mess something up in the drive through. I’ve had flat soda, cold fries, cold food sloppy dripping half filled drinks and Fudge sundaes with fudge that looks like syrup and taste like melted plastic, burgers with onions when I asked for none, happy meals with cold nuggets & fries, and I don’t even know why they ask you for what type of sauce with the nuggets; they are not gonna give you any anyway, I’ve had bags of food handed to me and the window shut in my face before I could ask for napkins or straws or spoons, or just to know if my order is complete, I’ve spoken to management on multiple occasions about quality control and just recently I had to walk back to the drive through window; after complaining about the service and the half filled sloppy sundaes with fudge on the outside of the cup while at the window; because as I was driving away my 8 yr old tells me that there’s a long HAIR!!! inside her sundae. I asked for a refund and the employee refused to give me my money back. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!! I will never return to this low quality controlled establishment. They just want to push cars through and care nothing about customer service. If I could rate them a ZERO ⭐️‘S I would.
NO Stars would be a more accurate rating. Not only did this location omit items from our order...when returning to get the happy meal for our grandson, my husband was treated with rudeness and confrontation from staff. Ive only heard rumors of food being tainted in retaliation, but we experienced it first hand. The fries upon returning with the incomplete order were so over salted that it made my grandson and myself sick. The Happy meal burger still was not as ordered, and ALL of the food was cold. I have not been to a Mc Donalds for over 10 years...now I remember why. Horrible food, Terrible service.
Went here for breakfast a couple weeks ago and I got what I usually get with a large ice vanilla coffee, and I get to the window and get handed a medium I told them I got the large and they insisted that is their large. I got ripped off cuz that is not the usual large! So I know not to go here for breakfast! Beware check your bags before leaving.
I love MacDonald s regardless of the city is the same everywhere except for the service. It was good no complaints here..
I'm used to going to the McDonald's in phelan so when I stopped to get an Oreo Mcflurry off main in Hesperia, I was pleasantly surprised! They actually put Oreos in/on the ice cream and doesn't look like some one was already eating it. Thank you!
This is a McDonald's. The food tastes decent compared to other McDonald's locations, though it is pretty common to get stale bread or overcooked fries. The main issue with this location is the service. It is somewhat rare to go here and actually get everything that you ordered, so make sure to check your bags before leaving. The employees tend to be a bit rude from time to time, and the drive thru intercom can be a pain to use, as they seem to have a hard time hearing with it. Overall, it is pretty average for a McDonald's. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this location when comparing it to others, but for quick food out of convenience, it works.
I swear to you they NEVER EVER get my order correct!!! I always ask for a number 7 LARGE with a sweet ice tea LIGHT ICE. On the burgers I only want ketchup, and EXTRA PICKLES! >=( they never ever put extra pickles on the burger. So now I have decided to ask for extra pickles at the window and they put the mustard and onions on it!!! I hate that this is the closest McDonald’s to me because they do not listen to what I want. The ticket on the burger will even say exactly what I ordered and it won’t be what it says on there. Today my fries were cold and soggy which I was surprised because they usually are atleast decent. But this time they weren’t even warm, and they were sooo salty. My burgers my fries and then my sweet tea was not sweet. It was a waist of the $8 and it couldn’t even eat it because the mustard hurts my stomach. The only reason why I’m even taking the time to write this is because this has happened ATLEAST 7 times. They never ever give me what I order. Check the bag before you leave the drive thu!!!
