Knowing that McDonald's motto is that their coffee is guaranteed fresh; I dropped into this store early Sunday morning. I ordered a senior coffee. It came to me as murky-brown dishwater - barely luke warm. Quickly, I drank it and asked for a refill. Thinking it would be hot & fresh. Alas, it arrived colder and uglier than the first cup. Workers of the world let us unite & boycott McDonald's across the globe. No more should they exist and serve such inferior product.
I visit often- idk why, mostly for the fries lol but I order spicy mc chicken with cheese and pickle extra pickle I always check and there’s always only 1. After visiting today I’ve concluded that is it, extra is not 1 pickle drenched in mayo. It’s fast food but I have worked fast food and it’s more effort to grab 1 topping than it is to grab a 2-3 finger pinch. And I wouldn’t complain if it’s all I ordered but it’s not I usually spend about $20-30ish for family’s order.
This locating never fails to mess up. Added extra topping to sundae I didn't ask for but sure was charged. Asked for extra pickle and got a handful of onions. Literally. Someone had a sense of humor while assembling the cheeseburger. My child didn't not recieve it well. Thanks for making want to avoid this location like the plague.
Customer service is decent, given its fast food and McDonald’s. My problem was the app says walk out not available but gave the option of pick up in lobby, however the lobby close’s at 7:00 I ordered at 7:30 So you can’t walk in an pick up your order. The line is extremely long at night. The area isn’t the best an the lights on the building are super dim so it’s creepy if you don’t feel comfortable alone go with someone. Not dangerous but for some the bums are in the area.They do the best they can but it does get confusing when your lines are long and trying to push out orders
This specific location is trash. Especially the new people they hired. We’ve never had issues, until recently. The dude at the window, didn’t acknowledge me, just handed me my bag and drinks. No “have a good night” nothing. If I hadn’t said anything to him, he wouldn’t have even spoken to me at all. Sorry but you guys want to be paid all this money to work in fast food but can’t even do the simplest of things. If I have to be respectful and treat everyone with my best customer service at my place of work, then you should to. Y’all need to stop hiring these disrespectful, childish teens.
Bought over 50 chicken Mcnuggets and did not give 1 sauce... Very unorganized. Definitely not worth them wanting or making $15.00 an hour.
Ordered through the app, didn't get the happy meal, so I had to go through the drive-thru again. Went through the drive through agian only to find I didn't have the a six piece from the first order. Went back to get that only to have them tell me no they won't give it to me. So had to pay double for that. Took 45 mins get my fast food and massively overpaid. I'd give them -5 stars if I could.
Very disappointing, I'm sure Ronald would be rolling over in his grave if he knew how the quality and service of the restaurant have become. It seems that maybe one out of 10 visits are satisfactory and I really enjoy McDonald's. Just not too much anymore
TOOK forever to get our order. We did self order inside. Cashier was clueless about our order when we asked for a receipt. This was 6p.m. and not a clean table was found. Cooks not wearing gloves while cooking but we're told to wear our masks inside to place a order. Get your act together here. Annoying workers talking loud and laughing. Worse place ever. Never making eye contact with customers either.
I got a happy meal it was good. Fry's could of been a little more fresh BUT other then that it was great customer service .
