I have been using this service for a long time. We receive both Alkaline and Purified. So excellent; so healthy! Always pleasant customer service. Always helpful. My driver is amazing! Vittorio always makes sure I don’t miss my delivery either calling or knocking or even leaving a message on my door. I have 2 racks which hold 5, 5 gallon bottles each, in my garage. He always loads them with a pleasant and courteous attitude. If only allcustomer service could be this! Thank you!
Eddie is a five star driver. He knows our usage & always leaves us enough water, even when I forget to say how many we need. I often forget to put the empties out & he patiently waits for me to gather them. Throughout the years he is ALWAYS consistent & has never left us hanging. We are grateful to have a good guy delivering to us!

Roland is the best delivery person I have know since 11 yrs . His customers service is so awesome I am faithful to this company . The water is so tasty and refreshing . Highly recommend this water company . He is always friendly and on time .

If I could leave 10 STARS I would. First off, I am a VP for Customer Experience and Rolando is, hands down, my favorite person when it comes to providing the BEST Customer Experience. He texts me, treats me like family and is always looking out for me. Secondly, the water is stellar. I have never had a subscription for water service before and now I will NEVER look back. It's absolutely the best thing we have ever done for our family. Our entire family is hooked and we go through some water because no one wants to drink anything else! Thank you Rolando for always taking care of us.
We are very pleased with our delivery driver Victor. He is always on time and makes sure to pick up all the empty bottles and replace them with new ones. Great customer service.

I just finally canceled my service. I got tired of them not showing up and just randomly changing my delivery schedule without notice.
I have had Masters water for a few years. They used to be great then they started changing drivers and it went downhill.Had a scheduled delivery for 2/10/2022 . I set out 2 empties. No delivery occurred so I called the company. They contacted the driver and he said he delivered 3 bottles. I don't know where he delivered them to but it wasn't here. I got a text asking for my address and that was the last I heard from them. Not a phone call or text letting me know what they were doing.Today I got a bill for the three bottles that were delivered to someone else. So I called and all I could do is leave a message. So the message was "you're fired".Terrible customer service.
