Paid close to $40 for 5 NASTY raspados. The strawberry had a weird plasticky flavor and the tamarindo tasted nothing like tamarindo. It tasted salty and spicy. Who wants a salty raspado?!
I ordered a bionico with pistachio ice cream and it was awful. The ice cream tasted like cheese like it was rotten. They need to be more careful with what they serve.
Love this place went and bought 30 paletas (Ice cream Popsicles) and 3 large ice creams ? for co- works. There's some new flavors were trying and some of the old time favorites like tequila Almond delicious. Just a super large selection of items too pick from.
Ordered from DoorDash a bionico from this place and it arrived in a cup…..it looked like it was Fresca con crema instead of bionico and then I ordered an elote con hot Cheetos. It looked like there was no Cheetos on the elote. Which isn’t the first time that’s happened. I always have to hope everything arrives right but something is always made wrong from this place. Don’t recommend DoorDashing from here
This is literally my favorite place to come get lemonade and other Mexican deserts. I’m a lemonade guy and originally I came in for some nachos until I came across their natural juices. Their strawberry lemonade is made with fresh squeezed lemons and strawberries and it’s the best I can get in the region. They also have High quality ice cream with a dooope variety of flavors ?? A young dude named victor is my usual server and he knows how to get down with the crazy milkshakes. All the staff there are friendly and know how to make quality deserts. Check this place out. I’m glad I did ?
I went in around 2 weeks ago to your store & purchased a crepa which I wanted with Nutella , strawberry & banana but there was no banana, still got charged the full price. I took one bite and the crepa tasted sour , I told your employee politely but she refused to give me a refund , just if I wanted a new one, how would that be different if the batter went bad. My partner got a elote and the cheese tasted bad as well. The experience was horrible
I went with my blind friend to spend some time with him and have a talk but they gave him the completely wrong item and when we told them they refused to exchange it or give us a refund in addition they kept waving at him as if he could see them. Horrible experience DO NOT RECOMMEND
How do I start this off if I could give no stars I would. I have came here twice and each time has been a bad experience. Yesterday afternoon some friends and I went and they completely ignored us for around ten minutes although we called them twice and we were the only people there keep in mind there was two workers! A family of six came in and they immediately took their order and took ours after?! We let it slide then we tried ordering a crepa con plátano and they didn’t have bananas so they asked if we wanted strawberries we said yeah that’s fine and she brought a lot out and when I ordered a fresas con créma they all of a sudden didn’t have any not only were they out of everything but the girl that took our order had the biggest attitude! The crepa tasted sour like the batter had gone bad the horchata just tasted like milk with vanilla extract the cheese on the elote tasted so weird and on top after we paid and left tip the workers were talking about us and rolling their eyes. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 0-10! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Absolutely the best place to order crapes !! Churros are to die for !!! Very good customer service as well.
