I went thru the Drive thru ordered the popcorn chicken 50/50 order of tacos, 2 breakfast jacks and a chicken sandwich. I get my food and when I'm almost home noticed they didn't give me my drink. So I drive back and the girl on the drive thru speakers said I'm sorry pull forward so I can get my drink... as I'm getting my drink o decided to order something else and she tells me no because its going to take too long???? Not only did she no give me the drink on the first time and I had to drive back waste more gas to get my drink and when I want to order something else she says no???? Not great service.
It was cool friendly employees and Nice to the customer and are not stingy with the sauce
Only one employee taking orders from drive-thru and lobby had to wait to give order cause she was to just to take our order. As manager sat there talking and looking at paper work instead of taking care of customers.
Food was okay considering it's fast food off the freeway. There was a hair in my hash brown and I lost my appetite after that.
Gave me my drink which took awhile and the entire cup is filled with ice. I paid almost $3 for a cup of ice with a little bit of dr pepper. When I got home my cluck sandwich was super dry, had barely any sauce on it and had no pickles which it comes with. I'm really annoyed and don't know why I waste my hard earned money there. I would have been better off going to Del Taco. If I could give negative stars I would.
Service was great,and speedy. 3 stars due to surrounding's and homeless people sleeping right outside plus druggies in the bathroom, not very safe. I would suggest drive thru only.
Had the salmon taco and grilled fish taco. Both were excellent. The service was very good and the staff friendly.
It’s Jack In the Box. You get What you’re gonna get. Come to this one… you’ll get it with a smile and quicker than a lot of others. Staff is super cool
My boyfriend ordered his and my food and had to repeat himself several times, we order 6 tacos and a chicken club salad grilled and when we get to the window they gave us one of bags that was post to be a salad and it was a cluck chicken sandwich, I told my boyfriend and he told them it was post the be a salads and they started arguing with us saying we never said salad. So after arguing with us they ask for the sandwich back and ask what type of salad I wanted and when my boyfriend ask how they were going to refund me, they started arguing with us again saying it was the same price. It wasn't the same price and they finally gave me the money and when we got home they gave me the wrong salad. Very disrespectful
It was fast food. Nice people.
