I used not to like In-N-Out Burger, cause even with a triple burger I still felt that I'm eating more bread than meat. Until a friend of mine told me I can go 4x4. I gave it a try and it was really the right way to go. My only comment was at this branch it took us about 30 minutes to get our order which is much more than needed to get your food. Btw they serve a pretty decent milk shake as well.
We all love In and Out. They have great burgers and fries. They also have grilled cheese and chili, you just have to ask them.This one can get crowded, we avoid the huge car line by eating inside and it is relaxing and clean.The service is super good and they get your order right. I just wish they did not have to make their burgers all so well done. Sometimes they burn them and that is not okay. I like mine rare, but they can't/won't do that and that is fine as long as they are not burned.
Every In-and-Out i I've ever been too has been awesome. Employees At other fast food places are somewhat nice, for the most part, but every one that works at In-and-Out are really, truly, nice people, with great customer service skills. I've never had my order messed up, not once. (Unlike other fast food places).I never order for just me, it's always at least 4 people in ordering for. Food is always excellent. DOUBLE DOUBLE w/ cheese and grilled onions(ANIMAL STYLE) no tomatoes, pickles, or lettuce, fries (also ANIMAL STYLE) and a coke. Love In-and-Out.. keep up the good work In-and-Out.
Always worth the wait. ?❤️Avoid 7pm-ish because it then becomes too long of a wait! Lol

It's In and Out, of course it was delicious. I've been here MANY times, this was the first time they made a mistake on the order however. I'm willing to let it slide though after dozens of orders. Even though there was a mistake, it was still a great meal. I mean how can you go wrong with animal style.
I specified at the drive thru up they had someone taking orders outside. I said fries " no salt " please ..Since. I have to watch my sodium intake due to my congestive heart failure..As soon as I picked up my order took 1 bite of afry . Overloaded with Salt. They got tossed out my car window..Called their local # which isn't local goes to a call center. The man on the phone apologize and said he would let restaurant know. He said he would send me a gift card via USPS for. A double double combo meal for free..Yes I actually did receive it 5 days later..so that's cool. But listen to your customers request. Please.i even had to wait outside for my order after going thru drive thru so they could cook my no salt friesBut still didn't get it right shame

First time visiting this location, it was fairly busy, but the employees worked at a great pace! I ordered at the intercom that I was greeted and assisted pleasantly. I was greeted at the first window, and the employee repeated back my order with a smile. I approached the second window and was assisted by a different employee. She gave me my order and asked if I would like sauces. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Pretty fast since they are always too packed.
They messed up on my order. Ask for a number 2 with pickles and a chocolate shake ..... They charged me I was handed a soda cup and I asked why because I ordered a shake and they said they didn't get it. Whatever I'll go with the flow..... My order comes out and I have pickles and chili's on my Burger guess that's what I got replaced of my chocolate shake. except I don't eat spicy and I don't eat chili's.... Everyone in my group finished their food before my Burger came back out?
