Went to the Hesperia location and was served by Juliana. She did a fantastic job! Was on top of drink refills and the food was amazing and fresh. Her outstanding customer service and kindness was greatly appreciated.
Good food, courteous staff and a finely tuned kitchen. I was seated near the kitchen where I could see their team work on display. From hostess to manager they pulled together to handle Monday morning breakfast rush. I am impressed!!
Super hectic in there. Don't go on a Sunday unless you want to wait a long long time. I ordered ahead and when I got there to pick up my meal, they somehow never even started it, talked to a manager and they didn't even offer to discount or do anything to help with the situation ?Pretty disappointed with the way things were handled. I ordered ahead to save time and still ended up waiting 45 mins for my food and it was over priced for what I got, that was the last time I went there to eat.
I love IHOP but this time when I ordered some scrambled eggs with peppers, the peppers were cold. Refrigerator cold. We waited 30 minutes for our food.
They're only open for breakfast and lunch right now. But they got there A team running the show cause everything we ordered was delicious. Best experience at an IHOP I've ever had.
It's always a pleasure to eat at this place. I have been coming here for the last 8 years and always great food and customer service.
Without a doubt we will never eat at any I Hop againExcept in Kingman Az. Bullhead and Hesperia Ca. both worst pancakes ever. And the food was cold . My husband was done with his food when mine finally came.Twenty five dollars for garbage food.Pancakes half the sz.of what they used to be. My husband ate his cold because he was hungry. And he said never again will he go there.I agreed except Kingman Az.
When we arrived, it was packed and thought there would be a wait to be seated but there wasn't. We were seated right away. They took our drink orders, I asked for a pink Lemonade, but was brought a raspberry or strawberry Lemonade, then was informed that they didn't have pink Lemonade. Our food took a while and when it came my pancakes were cold and I had to ask for utensils for my whole family and waited for those. Also had to ask for the salsa that was supposed to come with my meal. After all that, our food tasted pretty good and the service was friendly. I understand many places are short staffed so I still gave it 4/5 stars for taste and effort.
It was a very nice surprise they served real food too. 'Soicy shredded beef bowl' was really delicious! Blueberry pancakes was super yummy!
Busy place! I waited 5 minutes for a table for two. Great service. Server was on Q. I will return. Food was good too. Had tips and eggs.
