We visited the location at Main Street in Hesperia, California today to celebrate our friend's birthday. Upon arrival, we requested a table large enough for our group. We were told that both the party room and the whole side of the restaurant that was not already full were "reserved" for large parties that would soon be arriving. They refused to accommodate our needs, even though one of the people in our group is 95 years old. We were forced to sit at two separate tables and not together. Initially, our server, Victoria, told us that she would not give us clean cups for drink refills, and even though she had a handful of dirty cups, sarcastically said that she could keep each person's cup straight. We very quickly realized that she would go to every other table except ours to refill drinks. She also refused to take our dirty plates away, and yet found it somehow appropriate to make a sarcastic comment when we would remove the plates ourselves or go get drink refills ourselves. After quite a while of this, we approached the Manager, Tiffany. She told us that not only were there no reservations that day for large parties (those areas remained vacant), but that she would also send a different server, Angelina. What followed was that the Manager Tiffany, Victoria, and Angelina would walk back and forth past our area several times laughing. Angelina not once came over to our tables. She would go to the table next to us, serve them, shoot us a dirty look, and then go back and laugh with her friends, Victoria and Tiffany. In addition, Tiffany sent one person alone over to sing "Happy Birthday" to our friend, while the three of them went clapping and singing to another table. Tiffany not once came to re-check our experience. To be quite honest, we were mortified by the lack of professionalism, not only by the servers, but by the person put in charge to supposedly supervise them. We were more in an episode of "Mean Girls" or junior high school bullying than in a professional establishment. If you can't ask the manager for assistance, who can you ask? When you voice a concern and you get laughed at and ignored for the remainder of your visit, it's truly disgusting! Tiffany, Victoria, and Angelina may have thought they were funny and not have cared about their poor and unprofessional behavior and how they treated our group today, but hopefully someone will care about this review. Not to mention the power of word-of-mouth. Shame on the three of them for representing Golden Corral in such an unprofessional manner. I truly hope that this is not behavior that this company condones. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I really enjoy a good buffet, and this is a great one. I am glad to have it back. And shout out to whoever was making the steaks on Saturday between 5:15-6:30pm. They were perfect every single time.
This place was packed when we came. There was limited seating but they kept letting people in. The lines to get steak was horrible and it took for ever to get steak. There was no chicken because it was, and I quote, "frozen." The food counter were so messy and the food went fast. It was a mad house. We got there at 3pm on a Saturday and did not expect to get as busy as it was. The only thing I loved about this place was this amazing icee machine.
Its a little expensive, but for the price its the best west style buffet I've been to. There was steak shrimp fish a salad bar, very good unobtrusive wait staff and a good dessert bar. I will go back on special occasions. It has mask requirement everywhere but at the table and most people did it.
Great selection of food. Very good food too. Was clean and waitress was very nice. Needed more dessert choices.I was kind of confused by the drink situation I wasn't sure if I was supposed to get my own drink or not.

Grill pork steaks, cooked deliciously, the cabbage soft an seasoned just right, sweet potatoes were well made an broccoli with salad food choices great, An well cooked.Had a great dinner an service friendly great astomsphere, our waiter rocks, great attitude friendly an got us drinks quickly. Recommend to eat here.
My children ate for free 3 and 4 years in age which was nice since they really don't eat very much at any one time. The medium rare steak was delicious and eating two pieces made it well worth the $20 price per adult.
We, my family and I, came in one evening for dinner and when we went to get plates for our food, and the plates were dirty. There was leftover food residue on a few of them, while some were clean. I will give you guys that but some of my utensils had leftover food residues on them as well. They were half cleaned and not cleaned properly. But overall the food were decent besides some coldness and people with no masks around the environment of food.
