best Chinese food restaurant in the valley. strongly recommend to everyone ?
I’ve ordered from this place twice big family platters and regular feast meal and both times they have forgotten to put my items. Im not saying they’re food is not good but their customer service is horrible. I’m normally very understanding but when I call and the lady in charge completely tells me I can’t have my refund for something they forgot to put is unacceptable. I will not come in here again and I hope they change they’re customer service which needs a lot of improvement.
Burned food and the pieces that arent burned taste burned. Like they cooked it with burned cooking oil. The absolute WORST teriyaki chicken. Fried rice had very little carrots and green peas. A stinking beef fried cost close to 15 dollars. The reviews of 4 stars or more are false!!!
Chinese American takeout, I don't know why I love it, but I do.This place is way below standard though. The steamed rice is fine, but all of the entrees are squishy with no flavor. Never had worse Black pepper chicken in my life. Still edible, but that's it.
Since I have been living in the high desert for over 12 years, i like to leave honest reviews about our local spots. this chinese food spot USED TO BE my favorite chinese food spot. the same ladies work here that have worked there for yeaaars with that being said, before these ladies used to have the best personalities and treated customers with respect and importance. The dark asian lady used to be really friendly. now she has a nasty attitude to customers. while i’m standing in line for 25minutes or more, i can hear her being rude as hell. the OTHER slimmer tall asian lady who other people have complained about here in the reviews is a total b-word. she is rude, she will yell at you, she rolls her eyes and just overall has no sense of customer service. not to mention that they DONT WASH THEIR HANDS AFTER HANDLINGMONEY. they go straight from register to filling up ur plate.most of the 1-3 star reviews here are honest reviews in my opinion…based on how many times i used to come here. Now, i don’t mind paying a little more at Panda Express for smaller portions just to avoid the 20-30 minute wait . they will make you wait 20min while they prioritize doordash/postmates.this place has ran down over the years. they gained their clientele now they treat their customers like they’re a nuisance for simply coming in and wanting to spend their money there.
Got the 2 Entree Combo, Chow mien, steamed rice, broccoli beef and orange chicken.Flavor wise it was good enough, the broccoli beef had a hint of garlic which I enjoyed. Orange Chicken had a good texture to it, but honestly all i got was batter with sauce, few nuggets had chicken in it. Chow mien was ok as well. Got a bunch of rice when i asked for a small portion and more chow mien.My disappointment comes from the cost and the amount of food you get. You can skimp out on the meats but most Chinese places i go to they're not shy on giving you more veggies. Paid about $10.50 and from the picture you can see the broccoli pieces can be counted with one hand. Costlier than Panda Express and with a few dollars more you can visit a buffet. Even a To Go plate at a buffet, for the same cost, you get more than here.For me, its a One and Done!
My family and I love this place the food is always great and reasonably priced for the portions you are given. Definitely prefer the flavor and quality of food over fast food chains like panda express. If you like chicken I highly recommend the BBQ chicken it always has plenty of seasoning and stays soft even if re heated the next day. Love their rice as well. My personal favorite item on their menu is the chow mein noodles they're thick and never dry.
I've ate from this establishment before and it was good. But this time it was gross. The fried rice was over done, the sweet and sour pork was good but the orange Chicken was gross, no chicken in it. It was fried bread is all you could taste. I have that left over nasty burnt taste in my mouth.
I write this review just to share my experience at this place:- service: workers are very friendly and good service- food: authentic taste, not salty, not too sweet, I had been many places, and they are too salty or taste are too bold.- location: very easy to find and this shop is very clean. they deserve the "A" grade if I am an inspector.
My grandson's noodle Box ripped open when he asked the little Asian lady for a new one she wanted to charge him I just couldn'tbelieve it We are your customers Lady ? I don't think we will be going there any longer they have plenty of customers anyway they could take advantage of whoever they want and treat them like dirt but we won't go there no more.
