Love the sandwiches here. Every time I come here the employees are very friendly. Most of the time there is only 1 that is working but they handle everything very smoothly so keep up the great work!!!
First customers in the store at 10:30am and the public bathroom was disgusting and dirty. Went into the “employees only” bathroom and it was perfectly clean. Employees were hanging out with eachother talking and only one person actually made our sandwiches. Took forever. Not even worth a quick stop.
The employees were very friendly and helpful ? Especially being short staffed... they took their time with the customers to explain the sandwiches.
Workers were more worried about bashing a fellow co worker from the night before. It being New Year’s Eve I guess they didn’t want to work. I ordered a hot steak and cheese sandwich. I opened it up when I got to my car 1 min after receiving order and the bread was totally soggy from the sauce in the meat it was horrible I fought I’ll come again☹️ One star was for the flavor only. No one would answer the phone to place an order and the mailbox was full. I don’t get there was no one in the store and the 3 workers was not filling any orders.
Kids are making sandwiches. It's like watching someone on slow video. They got my order wrong. Ordered 2 Italian and 1 Ladder sub. I only got one Italian. . The Ladder Sub, was not good. Didn't eat it. Restrooms were dirty. No soap or sanitizer.
This place always has good subs, most of their subs are hot but you can get any hot sub cold as well.
Ordered a cuban sandwich and got a spicy cajun chicken? When we brought it to the young lady's attention she rudely told us that we ordered the cajun chicken. No apology, no offer to switch just abrupt and rude. Food was good but we didn't want peppers. I will think twice about returning to the Hesperia location. Please hire people with better people skills.
Cheesesteak horrible no meat, onions horrible and salty want my money back.
Flavors are good, but for the price they could put some more meat in the sandwich
