The worst service ever. I left cuz myself and another couple had not been waited on for 20 mins
Save your money and run don’t come to this place the worst customer service ever and the food came out wrong don’t even waste your time stepping into this establishment. For about $50 I expected more I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
Fat burger is truly the king of all burgers in fast food, although it's originally a diner, so it's kind of a restaurant. The beef is good,high quality blend, well seasoned, fresh, and never frozen! The bacon is real, thick cut, like farmer John's, not that flimsy, thin, microwaved bacon that other fast food joints pass off! The burgers are crispy on the edges, super juicy inside, tender, and thick, no,....they are fat patties! Bigger than anywhere else you'll go, I promise! My husband and I share the xxxl, with added cheddar cheese, and bacon, we also added fat fries, (tell them to cook them well, because if not they are not done thoroughly, and taste rubbery, and hardish!When cooked Well, they are crispy on the outside, and edges, but still soft in the middle slightly! I also had the limited time cinnamon toast crunch milkshake, which was so delicious! Thick, creamy,sweet, cinnamon, and brown sugar, cool, and satisfying. The ketchup is good with the fries, because the ranch there isn't good! It taste like store bought ranch, not homemade, like wingstop, which is fire! I'm not getting paid for this review, or anything free either! I just love Fat burger, my husband loves it, and its clean, and the people there are very polite,kind, and efficient. Try it out, and please thank me later.

Took 20 minutes to get my first half of the order, then another 20 minutes to get second half. By this time the first half of the order is getting cold. They give me the second of the order and it's missing an item. I let the worker know about the missing fries so he goes back and grabs the wrong fries and gives me that. Told him it was the wrong fries and tells if want to wait even longer to get the correct fries. They didn't even offer any kind of refund. This restaurant is in need of a manager that knows how to get the orders out quick and correct. Hope fat burger looks at this and corrects the issues they're having at this particular location.
This place has gone down the hill, the food was bad the service even worse! Definitely won't be ordering from here again!
Rename it , “Garbage Burger”, worst onion rings, burger buns rock solid like these abs, Do Not Eat Here!
This location never has items available that I would like to order. I was just told the kitchen is closed but the location shows its does not close until 10pm. This location seems to be poorly managed, unwilling and unprepared to serve customers.
