I have made 2 Uber Eats orders within the last 7 days. Both were canceled, and by that time it was too late to go anywhere else. They were large orders, too as they were for the night shift nurses.
Didn’t really like there food Dickey’s been around along time lived in Fontana we had one there for decades it was so good and tasty but tasted it recent and didn’t like it. I was in jr high but now I’m a grandma of over 60+ years can’t believe the food isn’t the best anymore.
Had takeout last night the 2 workers had good customer service, and were helpful! the food was fire! No complaints! the ribs, pulled pork, and all sides were bomb!
This place is a joke, they dont have enough meat for anyone to order, very odd for a food chain such as Dickys!! Right! God knows we need a Lucille's in the High Desert. Staff didn't know how to count money back. Employee said they can only cook a certain amount of each meat and when its gone the lock the door! Really!!! Take your Dickys business and leave our Town....
Food was super dry and super super salty, never have I ever tasted so salt food all of it was! All the meats amd the fried....nothing was good not even the bread. Ended up throwing it away wasted my money
Update : owner never called and I went into the store today. The girl in there said that the owner refunded my order. Still requesting a call from owner.This is the second time I have ordered from here. The first time I was missing half of my order. I had to drive there to pick it up. The manager that works there is very unprofessional and rude. I ordered food tonight. We ordered the 2 for $24. Both chicken and ribs. Received shredded pork instead of chicken also ordered a pecan pie which I never received. I called to the store and both of the people working were on the phone. I explained what was missing and incorrect. The macaroni and cheese was ice cold. They said the manager would call. I requested the owner to contact me. The employees are rude and so is the manager.
Placed an order for curbside pickup. I had to call in 15 minutes after the pickup time and having checked in. After about another 10 minutes of waiting I decided to go in and was told my food was already bagged up and ready. Even after all of this delay food was missing from the order. Might understand if this place was busy but there was literally one other person in the restaurant and they had already been served. This was an awful experience and the food portions were also smaller than I have had at other locations. Overall just not worth it. I've included a picture of what is supposed to be "sliced brisket."UPDATE: I spoke with a store manager who promised a refund but that was never processed. I also reached out to the Dickey's account that responded to this review after it was posted. They never replied. Seems as if they only want to give the impression that they care about their customers.
Did we get served day old left overs? Ordered beef brisket which was cold and dry, not enough bbq sauce helped provide moisture! Don't bother stopping.
I was looking at the l&l hawaiian barbecue menu, but then realized I was in the mood for some legit smoked barbecue and found this spot super close to home.. zero regrets. This BBQ hit the spot for sure.
Not too happy this time. Meat was very dry and claw slaw had no juice, but they did replace the slaw with another side. Girls are very friendly.
