I'ma keep it 100! The majority of the employees there are phenomenal! The food is good too, I highly recommend that you don't work there. The general manager is a dirt bag. His name is nandika he treats his employees like trash and lies all the time. I use to work their I was a good employee. for a month and a half I thought I had a raise like I was promised by the general manager nandika and turned out to be untrue. He lied. He plays with people's money. Again the food is great their except for the general manager!
Went here for an early lunch, and if it wasn't for the quick acting of our waitress Gladys and the owner, we would have a completely different experience.My husband has to be extremely careful about not eating dairy, as he's allergic to the protein. We make sure it's very clear to our wait person whenever we go to a restaurant because we want to make sure its pleasant for everyone. Usually the reaction from a little dairy is within 5-10 minutes, and we don't get very far.We checked the menu, he ordered something that doesn't normally have cheese or butter on it, requested to make sure it wasn't cooked in butter or with anything else with butter/cheese.It seems the cooks decided to put cheese on it despite it not supposed to have cheese on it by description or request. Gladys noticed before she left the kitchen and instructed them to make it without, and came and apologized, letting us know what happened.When she came out with the meal, it looked right, but when you looked closely a couple pieces of broccoli had cheese on it, making the whole thing a digestive time bomb. It looked like the cooks were trying to save the food by scraping off the cheese, which if it were my picky son, would have worked, but not for an allergy.The owner stepped in and made sure they recooked the meal. He was surprised there was cheese on it to begin with.The owner and Gladys did well by us. Thank you.

After having a horrible night I decided at 3am I was hungry. I walked into Dennys and the young man Ely (waiter) and the cook were getting ready to go on brake. The Dennys was empty at this time. Instead of taking there brake Ely immediately sat me, got me something to drink and ran in the back to let the cook know there was a dine in customer. Hands down Ely was friendly and had the best customer service skills I have ever experienced!!! He made sure my drink was never empty and that I had everything I needed. When taking my order he asked multiple times how I wanted my food and what condiments I needed. He game multiple times to the table during my meal to check on me and make sure my food was perfect. I would definitely come back just for Ely's customer service!!! Thank you Ely for making my night so much better just with your kindness!!!

Me and my family got pancakes, the gravy fried chicked, the nashville hot chicken sandwhich, and onion rings. It was all good tons of flavor, if you like spicy the chicken sandwhich is good it has mozzarella and sweet pickles on it. Also the ranch is always really good.
The service here is terrible, and not because they are overly busy or understaffed, they just don’t care about whether you have a good or bad experience. I came in and sat down for almost 15 minutes before a server gave me a menu (later learned this wasn’t even my server, but someone who was supposed to be going home but was helping me since they saw no one else was). When my actual server finally came over to take my order, almost 20 minutes had passed. (I should mention it that I’m one of three tables in the entire place) Once my food was ready, the sever wasn’t paying attention, instead she was standing up front talking or at the register talking, so my good sat under the lights for another 5-10 minutes. When I finally got my food, the order was wrong and the food was gross. After finally flagging someone down (the server from earlier who wasn’t even actively working), I complained and received apathy from the staff. $20 tip and 5 stars for the server who went above and beyond to do what she could (her name was Gladys and she should be running that place) and 1 star for terrible service.
We were seated and waited 15 before my wife had to go ask for a waiter. When the waiter arrived he didn't seem pleased that he had to take our order. We went to the IHOP next door and were seated and our order was taken within 2 minutes. All good reviews for this place have to be fake because this Dennys gives all Dennys a bad name. Avoid this location if you really want Dennys.
I cannot remember our waiter's name but he was a tall young handsome man who waited on my husband and I for breakfast early Saturday 01.09.22 morning. I want to tell you how much we appreciate you for making our experience more memorable. He was extremely personable and added a nice atmosphere for us.Thank you for it was a pleasure to have such a nice waiter at Danny's after a long drive in the a.m. oh yeah I don't want to forget to praise Danny's food. My yummy T bone steak and eggs were yummy and spot on. The steak was so big I actually got lunch out of it. And my husband's chicken and gravy with eggs was just it's just off the hook.
The worst place ever,We were, seated by the manager and we sat there for 45 min, did not get checked on at all. There were servers looking around and at us but never approached to see if we needed help. The manager was walking around on his phone. The store was not very busy when we arrived. There were others that arrived and seated after us and they were also served. We experienced this same treatment about 6-8 months ago as well. If I could give less stars I would. We left and told the receptionist what happened, she asked who seated us and we told her it was the manager. She didn't seam to be pleased.We went to IHOP and we were seated immediately, and drinks were on the tablet less than 5 min, and orders were taken too. And the place is packed.
