Its a hit n miss kinda place. Sometimes its good, lately it has been more misses. IDK what's going on with management but it is definitely getting worse. We won't be going back
It's a shame what is happening to the fast food industry... especially my beloved Del Taco. This place has changed a lot since I worked here over 20 years ago. Food quality has gone down, while the service has as well. Please fix it... or let me know if you need my help... change is always necessary... improvement is never ending
Baker's is one of my favorite places I highly recommend them/ I stay away from places like Arby's PVC which is Pancho Villa's there we five beings is more like paste they are no good no more
Luprecia manager at 2:26am basically dumped the lemonade into our car window, I watched it come out their window and fall into ours dumping>all over the inside of the car door, steering wheel, floorboard and my husband's pants. Closed the window, made another one opened the window, gave him the new one. When I said are you going to give him a towel or something to clean this up or what?"I didn't spill it, what do you want me to do?"I said looked like it to me and it's your job to provide customer service. You're going to leave this all sticky all over the inside of our car?"My job is to hand the food out the window" then slammed the window again. We stayed at the window, she finally opened it and we said so are you going to give us some napkins or something to clean this up or what?She threw napkins at my husband after we wouldn't move when she'd closed the window on us again.That is the worst, most unprofessional experience I've EVER had at any fast food window. She said she's the manager. This should be grounds for dismissal and we will be filing a formal complaint with the corporate office.
Some difficulty in communicating. My wife and I kept asking for drinks and refills with no ice, but they kept giving us the drinks with ice. However, they were nice enough you make changes to a part of our order before it was made.
Stopped in to pick up dinner tonight. Got ignored for over 15 minutes, would not give us a key to use restroom while waiting to be helped, gave up after such a long wait without even being acknowledged we were waiting to order as they were too busy taking drive thru orders to worry about the walk in customers so came home with no dinner. Thanks for nothing Del Taco, you lost a customer for life treating us like this.
Whole family just got sick to the point of throwing up from eating here. Never eating here again. Especially since now my family gets the joy of being sick on Christmas. Fries tasted like they were cross contaminated with shrimp. Looked through the tacos and found some brown pieces of lettuce. People took forever to even give us our order. All around a bad experience.
This place is usually amazing but they were not great tonight.. short staffed maybe? Got a bit of attitude when pulling thru drive thru to order.. was very short with me.. didnt ask what size meals.. didnt get order correct as asked for.. finally got up to window 20 mins later and employee was nice.. got our drinks.. and was handed a 1 bag FULL to the top with our food and even then I was thinking that's not everything, no way it fit in 1 bag.. pulled away and parked to check.. was missing 2 of my quesadilla tacos for a meal I ordered.. lobby is locked.. called the store.. lady that answered was very nice.. pulled up my order.. drive thru clerk was sure she had put them in there.. im now in my truck with food all over my lap and console explaining that I can assure u they were not given to me and they r someone's meal.. they shortly brought me out 2 tacos.. was very apologetic.. got home.. fries weren't cooked how I asked.. no sides of secret sauce like I asked for.. wrong type of tacos.. and now food is cold:( Im gonna chalk it up to a fluke because I go thru here quite often but it was not a good experience...
They did a good job ??Received as ordered, made well, with not too long of a wait.
They were friendly but they gave me the wrong burrito when I was the only person there. I even backed up to reset their timer for the drive through.
