Love this place for both locals and out-of-towners. Great food, great prices, great staff, great location. The pool table is an added bonus! You HAVE to try the Chicken with Country Gravy, the gravy is seriously addicting! :)

Good prices, great location, wonderful staff, lots of seating indoors and out. Food is really tasty too! Hard to find anything to complain about with a place like this, especially with the beach only a block away!

Stopped by twice over three days to have extended lunches. Ate outside under tents that were set up for COVID, quite handy and much better than being crammed into the interior of the bar/restaurant. Food quite good and wide variety on the menu. Salads, flounder, North End Burger, tater tots, all exceptional. The four of us were very satisfied with the food and it was delivered very hot. Plenty of choices for drink and eating. Highly recommended with no reservations. But unless you are OK with high noise level, typical of popular local bars, suggest getting space outside under the tent to eat and drink.
The country gravy on their chicken fried chicken was excellent. Best I've had in LA area. Veggies and mashed potatoes were good too but nothing to write home about. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Fair prices. Wife said her omlet was too notch. Pancakes were apparently good too.

Pre-covid this place was one of the best places to go in the South Bay at the weekend. Unfortunately, Covid has claimed another life as the atmosphere in this place is now dead. Myself and other regulars are visiting less frequently due to the earlier closing time and bad (reggae) music!
Sacha was great! Food was amazing. Super chill. I'll definitely be back.
