This is a fairly NEW Restaurant. It went from "Greenbelt" to "Greenspot" and has only been open a couple of months. So, the 5 star reviews you may read are really for the OLD Restaurant that was here (same owner?) not this "new" one.Okay, it was a lovely Memorial Weekend. Hermosa is PACKED with people. This was the ONLY restaurant DEAD with only one other couple sitting at a table and I mean vacant, empty, all open tables dead but, we decided to just go in anyway. We were too hungry to be on a long wait list at the other restaurants. We sat, it was sunny bright and my sister got up to roll the umbrella just few inches to block the sun from our table/eyes because no one was around to do it. Then a "Desi" came rushing out and started yelling "DON'T TOUCH THAT UMBRELLA!!!" We said "Sorry, the sun was in our eyes" and then he said "keep your hands OFF of that umbrella!." As we sat there a little put off with that disrespectful confrontation, a nice waitress came out and took our large order. We were sitting there and then that "Desi" goes up to the receptionist standing at the podium in front, talks to her and she turns around and SMIRKS at us! That was it, we got up to leave and as we were walking out, the guy at the only table that had him and a girl in it said,"You are right to leave, the food totally sucks anyway.">>>Go to American Junkie people. Two doors down. Truly. The food was hearty, delicious, it was fun to be there, plus we were warmly welcomed and wonderfully fed.Thank you for running us out of the Greenspot Restaurant "Desi! "

I had the BEST experience here! I don’t usually write reviews but this place deserves it. Alex was an amazing server and recommended the original Mary’s sandwich which was delicious. The service was 10/10 and the food was super fresh. I’d definitely come back!!
I liked Greenbelt but I am little torn. The Salmon plate was delicious! However,the mushroom truffle pizza was somewhat disappointing. Overall, a good dining experience. Oh, the waitress introduced me to a tasty IPO beer??

Meatballs were great! Pizza and salads were also good.
My friends and I tried this place spontaneously, and we left full and happy. Service was great (the male server with longer hair in particular!) and had great no meat options. That pizza doe! Took some home for me to eat later! Looking forward to coming back!
