I have never been to a Chipotle and been this grossed out! Very dirty with the food, unkept and it wasn’t even busy. Plenty of employees working, but no one bothering to refresh anything. None of the food looked fresh and was spilled, dried and crusty from one food bin to the other. The salsa looked like it sat there all day and didn’t look like it had been kept the right temperature as it looked clumped together.
If you want Chipotle, this is the spot to get it. Good people, good manager.
I love this Chipotle location so much, the staff is amazing. I go here a lot and I always see Adele who is a total sweetheart and super friendly. Dominique and Irving are also super awesome employees and they always provide a great experience. Vibe is great there and the service is fast. Definitely my favorite Chipotle in the South Bay!
As someone who used to work at Chipotle, I can tell that this location takes a lot of care into their food. The service here is a lot better than any chipotle I go to and the food is always fresh.I've placed orders here for pickup and it's always ready on time. The dining room is always clean, utensils are always fully stocked, and the food is always delicious. Never had a bad experience out of the probably dozens of times I've eaten here.
I used to love this location but today there was an unacceptable instance of cross contamination. I ordered my burrito there, the person made it in front of me. I ordered no meat but there were multiple pieces of meat mixed in with the beats in my burrito.
Service was fast, staff was friendly, but the food was bland (all of it).
It is OK. I mean it is not the original taste, but it is good, it is quick and the place is clean.

Absolutely gross. I just ordered a steak salad from here. The steak was chewy and disgusting. I had to spit it out. Chipotle used to be amazing with high quality products. Just the worst experience!
