Cafe Bonaparte is a staple in Hermosa Beach and walking distance from my office. My team and I will order their fantastic desert, my favorite the Napoleon, and enjoy the views of the Hermosa Pier. Great local spot.
Coffee is ok. Breakfast was good & the pastries for the chocolate croissant was amazing, cinnamon twist was little dry. But the service was so weird!! We ordered & asked them more than 3 times to bring the order. We waited for the coffee more than 20 mins! & we’d to remind them during to bring the order. I mean it was just cup of coffee. Not sure if it was a busy day. There’s no crowd & the staff didn’t bother to apologize or explain the lateness.
Omg. The quality of food here is just the best. There is so much to choose from. Food was so delicious!
Best omelette I have ever had! Go for the spinach feta one along with wheat bread. Pineapple/Mango smoothie afterwards and filler and happy for the whole day!!
Went in for an iced coffee assuming it was a cold drink and got a cup of hot coffee with ice in it. Was very surprised to get a watered down coffee and then when asked to swap the server did the math on an incremental $2.86 to up charge me for Cole Brew. Not a great experience.
Mostly pastries; good variety of juices and coffee. Prices were reasonable. Just a block from Hermosa Beach pier. Seating available both inside and outside. Will return on future visits to Hermosa Beach.
Coffee is better then Starbucks!! the owner GABRIEL is super nice and keeps this place super clean. Staff is nice and friendly. The pastries are yummy but also the salads are fresh and healthy. This location is outstanding you can seat out in the patio and enjoy the ocean view and the amazing freedom breeze !! Stop and visit thank me later ! ?
Really good food! Pastries, toasts, and samosas are delicious. I come here semi-frequently and will continue to do so. Desserts are also good to get around 3/4 pm and keep in the fridge until after dinner to eat.
Pleasant little cafe in Hermosa Beach. If coffee, tea, or a small snack is what you crave then this should be a must stop and patronize.
Delicious food, fast service. Tried the Ratatouille Omelette.
