Oh man. Terrible experience. Seemed understaffed, and the cook come out several times to help the young waiter serve. Waited way too long for food, and when it did come out was not what we ordered. Never going back.
The sashimi is so small for the price. They were missing a second order of shrimp tempura and Yaki soba. Terrible service. I waited two hours for my Uber eats order.
First time ordering from here and was excited to try based on reviews. I ordered goyza, a spicy tuna roll, and a heart attack roll. I made a note (via my Grubhub order) for no avocado on the heart attack roll (or the entire order). Menu didn’t mention avocado but never having had the heart attack roll, I put that note in the order just in case.I have an anaphylactic response to avocados. It’s not a preference, it’s a serious allergy.The spicy tuna roll, which traditionally does not include avocado, came with avocado instead of cucumber.I called the restaurant and confirmed that spicy tuna rolls don’t involve avocado. The shift manager remembered my order but essentially blamed me for not saying “no avocado” on a dish that doesn’t include avocado.When I asked what they could do to helpMake it right, he said nothing but “thank you for letting us know.”Extremely disappointed and will not order again.And hey, restaurant owners? Empower your shift supervisors/managers to make basic decisions that improve customer service.

Service was good. The waiter had a good sense of humor. The meal was pretty good. I've had better but still had a good time.
This isn’t really good….not Japanese. The noodle could be improved and they should add spicy option…not just give you chili oil. Maybe the sushi is better.
Chicken bowl was good, so we’re pot stickers. Unfortunately, nothing else I ordered was edible. Ramen tasted like the average ramen noodles you get from the dollar tree, not much flavor or at. The tempura calamari is all tempura and no calamari, just fried batter with a rubbery texture absolutely no taste to it. the sushi is nasty. I won’t even describe how it was out of respect for the chef. I NEVER write reviews but I thought it was necessary to let people know how disappointed I am in this experience. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because the staff was very friendly and when I picked up my order the restaurant is beautiful, open spaced, and it was very CLEAN. I hope this experience I had was just a unfortunate order. I also understand times are difficult due to covid and they may be understaffed and stressed, taking these into consideration I will leave you with 3 stars.
