Used to love the fries, but now they are never fresh and never have salt

We drove through there again yesterday just for an ice cream cone. Der Wienerschnitzel has absolutely, bar none, best soft serve ice cream. My husband and I usually eat lunch or dinner there once a week but have an ice cream cone more often because we enjoy them so much.
If it were possible to give negative reviews I would. I just spent $47 for our food and the order was all messed up. They forgot half of our food. I asked the server as he was handing the bag out of the window are you sure everything is in only 1 bag? "Oh yes this is everything! The corndogs for the children were over cooked. I ordered a Chicago dog with no peppers. I have stomach issues and cant have any kind of pepper. I went back to the resturant and requested my food replaced and a refund. With gas prices what they are my car takes premium gas, that was only fair. The manager refused after admitting they did not double check the order and got it wrong, even after I asked.I asked the guy to write the managers name and number down and he refused until Angalic (very focused young lady she is the one who took our order she repeated it 2 times for accuracy, VERY POLITE) forced him to. He pretended not to know the information. He gave me a fax number not the correct number on purpose. This is not the kind of person who needs to have anything to do with the public!
I had an issue with a chocolate dipped cone I purchased test and made a comment to the associate and and she went above and beyond by bringing me a new it aint new soft serve cone She did not have to do that and I was very appreciative and I thanked her for great customer service. Which seems to to not be important in today's society.
Just left there. The guy that took the order was very nice even saying back to us “2 chili fries, fries well done”. He blew us off on that part plus that food is nasty.
Their customer service is great, but the chili and cheese hotdogs are way too bland.
