My first time getting burgers from here n they were really good, best ranch I ever had!!!
If you're looking for a great burger and even greater fries this is the place I must say a bit pricey but worth the money.
I just got through driving through this Tommy’s Burger which I’ve gone at least once a week for a long time but I will not be back. I ordered a pastrami and a patty melt both with french fries she asked do you want to make “ANY” of them a combo ( Drink ) I said okay make one a combo with Pepsi but fries with both that’s the second time I said fries with both so when we get up to pay I’d look in the bag and there is only one fry. I ask where the other was she said you only ordered one combo I said you ask me do I wanna make any of them a combo and you said one I only charged you for one combo so you have to pay for the other fry. She should have given me the fry for free since it was her mistake and she didn’t listen. She was so RUDE I left there so upset I even swore at her which I never do. The order was over $25 without the second fry I spend that there at least once a week. If they’re so desperate that they can’t pass out a second fry for their mistake I will take my business elsewhere. They lost a good customer.
Service and food here is always top notch. I didn't exactly know what I wanted told the lady and she made a great suggestion and it was awesome. Pastrami on rye with grilled onion.
A great place to eat and they're all really nice and they don't mess up your order.
I've stopped there for years off and on and it's always been good there Ortega Burger is the best
Awesome been to this place about four times and every time the food is delicious it was recommended to me and I've had everything from the pastrami to cheeseburgers and fries all very tasty and a very friendly staff I had three of the women employees come to the window and all talking to me at the same time!! Oh, okay well they wanted to see my dog but anyways....lol
Horrible service and didn't care about my time at all. I ordered through the phone and went to pick up my order. I get their and they had a line and get to the window and tell them I had an oder waiting. They tell me wrong store and they couldn't help. I go to place an order and they refuse to serve me. I ended up running late back to work a didn't have launch. Last time ordering from Tommy's
Horrible service, it's your fault if you oder on the phone and they dont tell you what store you called and then show up on your lunch to pick up that order and they say it was at the other store and now refuse to take your order because you order at the other store
Ordered two gyro combos with fried mushrooms & zucchini. Everything was delicious with large portions. ?
