Placed my order online, picked it up and when I got home they had messed 2 of the sandwiches up. One of them was for my 10 yr old son and he was very upset.I called to speak to someone and he said bring them back so we can fix them, I said if I go back I just want a refund, not for them to be remade, so he put me on hold for over 15 min so I gave up and just hung up. Won't be going back and definitely will not recomend them to anyone. Had to go somewhere else and get my son another meal.
My experience was horrible I called three days in advance and talk to a Shannon, for a plater order and three wraps. They had no information on my order so they hurried and threw my order together. A lot of veggie sides they couldn't give us any condiments either. All three of my wraps were wrong. Very disappointed.
Looking forward to coming back with my coworkers. It has a cool interior.
Great place to eat. Right now as of 10/31/20 their is no inside eating. Get it and go or delivery through a service. Took a while to get the sandwiches but that was only cause they had one kid working. The guy working the counter was great, and tried to get everyone out as fast as possible, and also providing great service. NO RESTROOM available at the moment either due to the pandemic, I'm assuming.
