Been eating at this place for years food was always good in the last 6 months the prices have gone up the food is gone to crap and they never get the orders right and the food's always cold one time I had rat poop in my bread they took the bun off when I took it back and then they just nuked it and gave me back what I took back order burrito they don't put the right sauce in there when you ask him to do it and then I get another hamburger and they don't put the avocados on it they'll never see me back in there again it's sad cuz this place used to be really good I do not recommend them whatsoever I give them one star
Does it not state on here that the restaurant closes at 9:30? I went there at 8:55 pm and someone that was taking trash out waved me into the drive thru. I got up to the menu where you order and first a guy came on and said welcome to Steve's how can i help you then right away a female came on the intercom and said sorry we're closed....umm??? What??? Very unsatisfied.... False advertisement online that they are open till 9:30. Very unhappy with how they did that.
Good food but I’ll never return due to the service. I called ahead at about 1:50 PM to place my order And was told that they “couldn’t hear me” and to hold on… she put the phone down and never returned. So we drove there and arrived right before 2 PM. We pulled up to the drive thru and sat there for five minutes without anybody asking to take our order. We quietly beeped our horn and still no response. When we drove up to the window we were told that they close at 2 PM, which is ridiculous in my opinion, but there were no posted hours. Then I realized the reason that they “couldn’t hear” me was because it was close to closing time and they didn’t want to bother taking my order. I checked their website and It said they were currently open and close at 9 PM. I took my phone up to the window to show them and question it and was rudely shut down being told “I don’t care what it says”. Customer service is extremely important to me and regardless how much I like the food the terrible customer service is enough to make me never want to return.

The food is your typical " run of the mill " avacado bacon burger. Nothing to write home about. It's always a turn off when these burger joints place shredded lettuce on a burger, if I want cole slaw I will order coleslaw but don't put it on a burger. Also I had to take a second out on my mortgage to be able to afford the menu prices at Steve's Jr. Pricey...
Great food decent price the only I can complain about is the wait for the food but other than that I like it!
Asked for well done fries and these are under cooked.... horrible.
I've been eating here for YEARS and just finished possibly the best double bacon cheeseburger ever. OMG, masterfully done!! You guys have been holding it down and deserve raises and daily praises. Love the place! Wow!
Good food. Best pastrami sandwiches in town. Burgers are messy and yummy but kinda thin. Drive thru is a little slow because they make it fresh!
Love the tacos, good menu selection too! We had a homeless man asking for money while trying to order. The server didn't get our french fries ? due to the distraction. So that sucked.
