The Men are always Drunk, Machine is always broke so they can't give you a refund, prices are higher than that one uncle who comes over to the house just to borrow money. There is only one worker there who makes you feel like she does actually cares about her job she is so super sweet and i was having a really messed up day and she said God Bless you and I gave her a tip because she was so nice but the other workers act like they don't even want to be there so why are they there ??? Hire people who actually want to work $16 for a dam pastrami sandwich and a bad attitude to serve with it I only come back because of how nice the woman is to customers they need to make her Manager before the other bad attitude woman drive all the business away.
I have come here for years since my family came to this town. I have even raised my children on here. today we went to order about $60 worth of food and ordered our usual pastrami sandwich with the bread on the side and the female owner was rude, disrespectful, and all of a sudden tells me she does not allow special requests because much for them. I tried to talk to her and every time I tried to say something she kept cutting me, off dismissing me, and acting as if she could not be bothered. unapologetic and seems to not care about customers or even keeping customers. when I went to the window to try to talk to her she still was cold and callus and had very poor customer service. which surprised me since she and I always had good conversations. even after her co owner or manager or whoever he is said oh she is recording she still did not care. she has no clue exactly how much of her callus, cold, rude, disrespectful, poor customer skills I have on video. when someone who has come to their place of business for many many years and have spent money in your establishment you should never treat that customer poorly like today. when any customer orders and pays for something and asked for it to be a specific way there should be no problem with that especially when they are paying $12-$13 and up. you do not know their reasoning behind it nor is it your business to know. for someone to spend their hard earned money at your business you should be appreciative and kind to them no short and rude and dismissive and then act as if you did nothing wrong. customers are what keeps your business going and customers deserve to be respected and order their food and get it the way they ask. I understand everyone has their bad days so if the owner wants to squash this I'm happy to talk with her anytime. I as a customer, as a person did not deserve to be treated the way I was today by them.

First time here. Place always busy. Spent $30.00+ and they refused to make me a pot of coffee. 1:30pm. Pretty SAD!! Burgers were delicious. Fries had alot of black marks on them! why would we come back after that?
The food is good. I like the variety in their menu. They have something for everybody. But like everything else lately the prices have gone up across the board. The service is always quick and friendly. I got the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich, my wife got the Chicken Salad, and my daughter got the Bacon Turkey melt Combo. Unfortunately they forgot the fries in that one.
Clean and peaceful but a good meal with the hubby?The only thing was my burger lacked sauce and I had such a small piece of lettuce. I appreciate my veggies in a burger and theirs was a little in skimpy side. They do have a condiment table that I was able to add mayo and ketchup ?
I suggest that the females where hair nets. I don't like finding hair in my food. But other then that the food is excellent and the customer service is always good. Nice and accommodating. Good manners!
This was our first visit to any of the Steve's Burger's.We had the 3 piece Fish dinner. It came with Fries, Onion Rings, Zucchini and a Salad. We received a large amount of Fries, 5 Onion Rings and 5 Zucchini pieced along with an ample amount of Salad. The Salad was very fresh and tasted great. Onion Rings and Zucchini were cooked thru and were still hot when we arrived at home. The fish was slightly over cooked but was enjoyed by both of us. We can't wait to return and try other items.
New to Hemet and was told to stop here and get a burger. Ordered double cheeseburger and it was big. Very delicious. For the price it's worth getting quality food. Took my friends and family the next day and everyone loved their burgers. Ordered regular cheeseburgers the next time because they are big. Dont go to In n Out til you stop here first.
After I waited like 15-20 min for my food. The order was messed up. Fries not well done. My burger had mayo on it. I swear every time what I order is not done right. How hard is it to not add something or to cook things a bit longer? I find that tones of places mess up orders that are drive-thru because they feel one already did not come in. So one won't if their order is wrong either. I had other engagements. So no I could not. I tossed the food. And, the drink because they aren't even up on the machines. The syrup needed to be replaced. Steve's is a no-go, never again. If one is made to wait for an extended amount of time. One should be receiving an order that is on point. I'm not waiting to get poor-quality food. NOT WORTH THE WAIT, NOR MY MONEY!!!
