Food was great the cooks are awesome but that girl needs some customer service training. She needs to learn to treat all customers the same no matter your gender. Also need to post on window that service is different and you can't get certain items or make phone orders unless owners are there. Been going to this steves burger for years the food is great but if that girl is there next time I go I will just walk away n go someplace else sorry
Ever since I could remember when my family first moved to this town we found this place and LOVED IT since then. It turned into this generational place to where I started to bring my children here and now 2 of them are almost adults. Today I was extremely disappointed and enraged shocked and sad just to name a few emotions. This afternoon I decided I was going to treat my family and pick up dinner from here. Like always we go to order our usual exactly how we have ordered each and every single time, a pastrami sandwich but the bread on the side so our bread would not end up saugy and some of us can share it. Immediately I was taken back by the female owner who I have talked to and had many good conversations with and even have tipped her and her staff very well not to mention when we go there and order we always spend at bare minimum $50 if not more and today's order would have been about $60 if not more. She Immediately went off on me saying she does not allow things like this it is too much for them to deal with and was very rude disrespectful and kept dismissing and cutting me off. When I tried to talk to her calmly she was rude and unappreciatative to customers and ultimately lost a customer and did not care. The sad part is I really loved this place and wanted a small business to support and succeed but after this I probably will not be back unless she wants to change her approach to customer service. She did not even care that I have her behavior all on video and how rude and disrespectful she was. If that is the way they want to run things now then maybe they do not need to be in business anymore. Because last I checked without customers your business will not succeed. So I guess Steve's new policy is spend high amount of money for food but you can not make any adjustments to it.
I have come here for years since my family came to this town. I have even raised my children on here. today we went to order about $60 worth of food and ordered our usual pastrami sandwich with the bread on the side and the female owner was rude, disrespectful, and all of a sudden tells me she does not allow special requests because much for them. I tried to talk to her and every time I tried to say something she kept cutting me, off dismissing me, and acting as if she could not be bothered. unapologetic and seems to not care about customers or even keeping customers. when I went to the window to try to talk to her she still was cold and callus and had very poor customer service. which surprised me since she and I always had good conversations. even after her co owner or manager or whoever he is said oh she is recording she still did not care. she has no clue exactly how much of her callus, cold, rude, disrespectful, poor customer skills I have on video. when someone who has come to their place of business for many many years and have spent money in your establishment you should never treat that customer poorly like today. when any customer orders and pays for something and asked for it to be a specific way there should be no problem with that especially when they are paying $12-$13 and up. you do not know their reasoning behind it nor is it your business to know. for someone to spend their hard earned money at your business you should be appreciative and kind to them no short and rude and dismissive and then act as if you did nothing wrong. customers are what keeps your business going and customers deserve to be respected and order their food and get it the way they ask. I understand everyone has their bad days so if the owner wants to squash this I'm happy to talk with her anytime. I as a customer, as a person did not deserve to be treated the way I was today by them.
Cheese burger combo made my night, lady with red hair is so nice. Glad i tried this place i will forsure come back.
My husband got home it was a Pastrami Burrito. My husband took it back to get what he ordered. He had issues trying to replace the order, go back and forth with the person at the drive window where he placed the first order. My husband got back and they took the Pastrami meat from the Pastrami Burrito and made a Pastrami but it had some potatoes in the Pastrami from where they took from the Pastrami Burrito. The Pastrami was grilled hard as a rock and the meat taste old. We couldn't bit on the meat. We wasted $15 and will never go back again. They use to be good! I guess since the Pandemic eatery's are trying to save money and not give quality food no more. This was the most absolutely terrible Pastrami we ever had. Steve's burger, you won't ever get our business again!!!! rude people!!! I would not even gave to my dog!!
The food was good. We ordered the family meal (5 pack) however there were only 3 orders of fries once we got home which sucked, ok experience though.
Ordered a family pack and got 4 burgers , 4 drinks and only 3 fries. Was in town for a day drove about 8 miles to get them and wanted some good tasting burgers but didn't get everything for what we paid for wanted.
Biggest best breakfast burritos in the whole dang town you definitely get your money's worth and their cooks are the fastest most amazing Cooks ever for breakfast rush hour. Any kind of meat you want in it all three if you wanted in it and the price is the same 6.99 and it's enough to feed two or one really hungry person!
Their food is always good & hot. No cold ans saggy fries here. Their shredded tacos are the BOMB!!! So is their chilli cheese fries. My favorite place to eat.
