This new location is now my favorite. Staff is friendly and knows me by name when I walk in. Always clean inside, including the bathrooms. Patio area is kept nice too.
One of the best tasting Starbucks drinks we have ever had! Kudos to the baristas for their top notch service!
This Starbucks is the worst. I got off to order 1 drink!!! waiting 6 minutes just for someone to take my order.( keep in mind I’m the only one in there ordering) they then took about 10 minutes for 1 drink just to get my order wrong. I asked the girl if she could remake it because It had regular mocha instead of white mocha and she claimed the drink was right. She then agrees after going back and fourth to remake the drink with an attitude.She proceeds to tell me that it’s going to look and taste the same. As you see it doesn’t look the same nor taste the same.
I come here every day before work and get the same exact thing, nine times out of 10 it’s perfect but a couple of times I order a Venti yet it’s only filled halfway. I don’t understand why am paying the price of a Venti and getting Half of the amount.
Bad customer service!!! We are regular customers of Starbucks. This is a new store. Usually baristas are pleasant and kind but not at this place. We’ve had several bad experiences here with customer service. On our last visit we went in on a Saturday about 12:30p. Bradley was at the drive through taking our order. As I was trying to place my order for my drink he kept talking over me and asking what size without allowing me to finish with my order. When we pulled up to the window the girl at the window was not pleasant at all either. She just handed me my drinks without saying a word. I guess I just expected them to be as pleasant and kind as the other stores. We ordered 3 drinks and they were all good and that’s why I’m giving this place 3 stars. I will be calling in on Monday to speak to the store manager.
I was at this location to do some repairs and decides to get me drink upon completion. The staff here were a joy and the store was a nice and roomy. This location also has a drivethru with easy access. I would like to thank the staff and the manager Bradley.
This location is ALWAYS "temporarily" closed! And today they had a car parked in the drive thru while cars are lining up and wasting their time. Super unprofessional and stupid. People are on their lunch breaks and in a rush to get back to work. I don't know whose idea it was to park a car instead of putting a cone in the entrance. By far the worst Starbucks as far as that goes.Employees are nice but terrible idea for this business ?
I have not yet had a bad experience at this Starbucks however saying that the line for the drive through can get ridiculously long and undesirable to want to wait for a favorable coffee I honestly would suggest going inside the staff I have come in contact with have a very pleasant demeanor and are very polite.
This is a really great team of people and they are so busy in the drive thru. I just order and go in and grab it and I do not ever wait. And they make my really stupid complicated drink perfect. So glad!
Kind of surprised right now at the customer service. Every star bucks I’ve been to everyone is super friendly and have good customer service. This store however do not. Long story short they double changed me, I just wanted to ask about it. First Lady straight up waved me off super rude. Lmao and the manager said there’s nothing she can do, didn’t really take the time to see what happened just brushed it off and went back to her busy self. I get it star bucks is busy but, I show you double charged me and nothing I can do, is the response. Last time I go to this store.
