Everyone is always friendly and i rarely have to wait to pick up my mobile order. If i do have to wait it is because everyone is super busy. I have never had to wait if there isnt a huge line. My drinks are always made correctly and my hot food is always hot. Just be careful if you park in front of the building or in the first row of parking slots. The people in line usually will NOT let you back out.
Starbucks is always good. This place the barista is a very ple pleasant and polite.

Been standing here for 10 minutes for my drink. Three people came in after and already got theirs. Never going back, honestly surprised that one drink turned into a 10-15 minute trip

This location has improved a lot!! There’s always a long line in the drive through but they are fast!!! The barista Erin is always fast , friendly and makes orders right, she will remember your name and greet you when you walk in, (if you are a regular customer!) Karah is also great and super friendly!!

I was very very happy with my mobile order from this Starbucks! This is not my usual Starbucks and I actually quit going for awhile due to bad service, pricing and star removal. So I may stuck with this Starbucks for actually getting my order right, tu!!?

We went to the Starbucks at State street and Stetson, and we had asked for their " GROUNDS FOR THE GARDEN "! Which helps them get rid of their used Starbucks coffee grounds. And after we had gone through the drive through and up to the window we were told that they refused to even look our way. We realized that they didn't want us around and closed us down, went about their business like we did exist.We won't be buying from these unprofessional a holes. Actually I think that the BBB should know about this Starbucks elder abuse
