Food was delicious and well done. Service could use some improvement. (Had to go and find my own cutlery after our meals were served.)Other than that, was definitely worth it.
No, no, no no no no no…….. Spent over $100 on an order for my family. I proceed to pick it up to find that the A1 was missing. I mention it to the server. Sure, here is another! I Drove home, to realize there was indeed another container of some off color “steak sauce.” I open both containers of “A1 steak sauce” to find they have a very powerful vinegar smell, and an ever worse pungent sickly sweet taste.. Stores are closed, and so was the sizzler we had just drove 15 minutes back from, so I will be unable to voice my disdain until it just doesn’t matter anymore. Oh. the chives containers had like 3 pieces of chives in them, but i draw the line at the questionable “A1 steak sauce” concoction. No idea what it is, and my food is sitting in front of me getting cold…. I have been a consistent customer for years, and as of today, sizzler has lost yet another one.
My grandma requested this place for her birthday dinner and it was my first and last visit. The “hostess’’ Destiny and Angelique didn’t even acknowledge our entrance. Then once we seated ourselves, we were redirected back to the register to order where I was again ignored for 20 minutes by both hosts and the general manager, Raul. The server, Kylee was the only half decent employee I encountered the whole experience. Garbage.
I like their steak and unlimited shrimp. It goes well with a strawberry lemonade. The salad bar is great too, I really like the seafood salad. They treat you well and have cheese toast for an appetizer. I missed their dinner rolls yesterday, they said they no longer carry them, but it wasn't a huge disappointment. Great place to sit down and eat with family.
Very surprised how bad it was. Lemonade was a yellow water. All food was either cold or lukewarm. No longer have chicken wings, just cold nuggets. Service was okay, but slow. Disappointing. Use to be a four to five star experience.
The meal was delicious! I ordered the grilled chicken club and it was super tasty. The fries and cheese toast at this restaurant are phenomenal too! I came with my family and they also all enjoyed their meal, the salad bar is always a highlight. Don’t forget to grab some soft serve or a dessert if you order the salad bar! Linsey was nice, thank you Linsey lol.
I only give it 2 stars because it used to be so delicious I don't know what happened but it's not the same anymore. I used to love the clam chowder now it tastes like cornstarch and water. The steak used to be really good too now it's just whatever. In salad bar used to include a baked potato Per request but it doesn't anymore. It just seems like they're getting really cheap but the prices have not Decreased thats for sure. This makes me very sad considering this used to be one of my favorite locations.
I've been to this location twice and will absolutely return again! The Manager on duty was very professional and empathetic towards a sensitive issue we had with my mom's food. I want to thank him for being patient and an awesome host as well!
Sea Bass was awesome. Shrimp variety was great. Salad bar enjoyed by husband. Prices fair and quality wonderful. Staff nice and efficient.
Excellent service it’s quick and they always check up on you. The food is really good, and they replace the salad bar frequently. The food is never cold, that place is very professional. I recommend if you want a place to eat with friends or family.
