The Staff over the phone, on site, and online were just magnificent. The young lady who bought my food curbside was so sweet, kind, and friendly, just a jewel for the organization and made my Birthday Perk an amazing experience. Everyone mentioned Happy Birthday, I felt so loved. It's The Place To Be.Go. Go Now...
My wife and I use to love going to Red Robin to eat and thought we would give this Red Robin a try since we just moved to the area, but we will not be going back ever again. First off the waitress wasvery unfriendly and seemed to be rushing, not even a hello from anyone when walking in. We didn't want to sit in and eat because the service was so terrible, so we decided to order to go and when they gave us our food, the French fries looked terrible and the burger was burnt beyond belief. There are no standards at this location and no quality control on the food that comes out. My wife and I are extremely disappointed and will never come back to eat at Red Robin. I have no idea what happened to the old Red Robin we knew and loved but it's definitely gone now.
Red Robin has always been a favorite place to us, but yesterday's outing was not. Our server was great and that is the only positive thing I can say. Very disappointed there is still no Arctic Cod available and that is something out of your control, but the quality of my food yesterday was very disappointing. The flavor of my Ensenada Chicken was lacking. It just didn't taste good and my fries were like they came from the bottom of the barrel. My husband's pizza was very good though.
My burger was dry even though I asked for it kinda pink. Onion rings were unimpressive. Totally tell its a cisco ring. The waitress was nice, it wasn't busy and she forgot to put in part of our order but she definitely tried at her job. I won't be back dry brick burger is not my thing. Especially since In & out is across the street.
The drinks went down easy, but were weak. The food was actually very disappointing. The server tried, sometimes a little too hard, but most of our food came out cold. We had apps; Pretzel Bites and Pickle Nickels. They were pretty good, BUT they were so skimpy with the beer cheese that comes with the pretzel bites that the tiny ramekin they came in was only 1/2 full, with a thick layer on the top being rubbery from sitting under the heat lamp too long. I got the Ensenada Chicken, which is my go to, but I've never had it at this location. Never again. The chicken breasts were about the size of a post-it note and were drowning in a disgusting looking sauce that I had to wipe of with the napkin. The server said that some locations get a powder seasoning (which is what I'm used to), but they get liquid. I guess I'll have to ask next time before I order? Anyway, even with $10 off, the bill was still $85 for 2 people. But, like I said we did have drinks and apps. I really wish I would have had just that.
Some of the RR's are good, some not. We gave this one a try anyway. Our server was rather friendly. However, the food not so great... Burgers were messy, and after requesting "well done", the meat was still greasy. We won't be going back here.
fast and friendly service
Wendy is an amazing server! She recommended great dishes that we loved. She was attentive, courteous and very kind. Would definitely come back for the outstanding customer service. We asked if they could change to a football game and they accommodated us & was very friendly about it. They didn’t act as if we were inconveniencing them. Such a great location. I visited a year ago and told my friends, so we visited today and we were not disappointed! Will definitely come again when in the area!
First time at this location overall the experience was great. When you come in there is about 4 signs at the door that states you need to wear a mask even if your vaccinated. The hostesses really nice and friendly. Your table is wiped cleaned prior to being seated. Our server was named Alex (I think that was his name) heavy set guy with glasses and a bubbly personality. He was really nice and attentive. Came to check up on us often and we didn’t have to flag him down.Food was great overall. Portions seemed smaller than other times. The last I came to red Robin I remember they used to give large portions of French fries. The burger also seemed small. The whisky river burger was delicious as I previously remembered. Mozzarella sticks were cooked perfectly. Freckled lemonade was delicious and refreshing.Down sides to this place was the portions were smaller than before. I did overhear that they were shortage on some of their items. They ran out other things. But I don’t blame the store or the management. With all that has happened these pass two years a lot has changed. Inflation has hit these business hard. Shutdowns also affected the food industry. Will I’d come back? Definitely!
