Been here a couple a time. Though this star is mainly from my doordash ordering experience.They don't ever pick up their phone so don't bother calling the number provided.They gave my doordash order to the wrong driver apparently and still didn't pick up the phone resulting in a lost food scenario.Please learn to pick up the phone and assist customers.
Placed online order only to find out dining room was closed / locked. So had to go through slow drive-thru (long line of cars and short-staffed) to pick up order. Nonetheless, order was correct and was still hot and delicious when I got home. On top of that, staff at window was very courteous and customer service oriented. Also, new fried flounder sandwich was legit!!!
Good food but if it's even a little busy it's going to take a long time to get your order. I placed an order in their app at 6:45 for pick-up at 7:05. It was finally ready at 7:35.
Was there two days ago. No one on line but me, no one came to the counter , all worker busy in kitchen area so I wait til someone looked up and saw me...said I'll be right with you. Now she was completing an order..np. But then the Supervisor comes up..tells the worker to take my order..worker says " I told her to wait"...Now I'm thinking the Supervisor will take my order..NOPE.She just start talking to Window worker..still eye balling me..no order . I'm there for about 3 min now. I turned and walked out. Not EVER GOING BACK! THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
If i could give zero I would. They did not give me my order! I ordered 2 meals and was g8ven only one. Yes i normaly check but of course this time i did not. 11 dollars wasted. I live 20 minutes away so i called to ensure they would give me my missing meal and their phone is not accepting calls. NEVER will i go to the Hemet Popeyes again.
The absolute worst popeyes ive ever been to. ordered delivery and HALF of my order was missing completely. Then the mashed potato’s they did give me barly filled the bottom for the container. How can you run a business like this?First and last time i’ll ever order from this location and i suggest you don’t waste your time here. absolutely terrible.
Went to Popeyes for dinner, not only saw the drive through cashier hitting the register but also was shorted a side. Wrote corporate because of shortage of side but also because what I had seen the cashier do. They wrote back right away and even said the store manager would call back. It has been about two months and still waiting for store manager to call me. I wrote corporate back numerous times letting them know that I had not received a call. After numerous times corporate telling me that I would receive a call I still have not. Eat here at your own risk, make sure if you do you get all your order hold up there drive thru and check because management will not call you. If you come here at this location for frozen lemonade it has been broken for 2 months last time I was there. That is what the cashier tells me every time. Also depending on the day of the week sometimes they have non sweetened tea, sometimes they do not. I think the team at this location is not trained well and management is a direct reflection of that training!!!!
Giving a high rating due to the awesome manager that didn’t let us go home without our Popeye’s dinner!My aunt is visiting from abroad and we really wanted her to try the chicken, but when we arrived the lobby was closed and they were doing drive-thru only (which was bizarre since the sign said it should be open?) We sadly walked back to our car. The manager seemed to be arriving and saw us leave. She assured us that the lobby should be open and immediately sent someone to open up. We were able to get our food!We completely understand times are rough, to-go orders are high, and not enough people are working to meet the demand, so my rating is purely for this experience.Dropping the star for the lobby being closed when it shouldn’t have, but the rest of the stars are for the manager!!! :)
Very depressing why show up if this is the service you guys are providing wouldn’t even give this to my dog so sad AVOID POPEYES HEMET!!!!
Outta chicken sandwiches, out of all natural tea and lemonade, outta Biscuits, outta tenders at 1pm. As I waited 35.minutes for my 3 piece one of the staffs homegirls came in and she got hooked up.with 5 chicken sandwiches left in and out. And no they weren't uber eats or door dash.
