Store was clean but dining was still shut down ☹️Staff was helpful and helping us pick from the menuFirst time I've had deep dish, didn't really like the Bread-y approach (more for breakfast type crust) but the flavor was good and the meat portions on the pizza were excellent; everything neat and clean in the box and tasty ??
This is literally the worst pizza hut. I thought they would be better once the re-opened, but they are still trash. I attempted to make an order online and it wouldn't let me add pizzas to my cart. I called them on the phone to order and they wouldn't answer the phone. Like at all. They were still open and yet they kept hanging up every time. If they don't want to be open, why are they?

The process is easy to order the food. Your employees give good customer service every time I go there. I never have any problems.
The pizza itself was good but kinda cold do to the fact that the person delivering my pizza was here at least 30 minutes after the estimated wait time. And left my pizza on the ground. And just sat in the car on his phone I believe. Other then that, ok I guess.
I guess the classic marinara sauce was out, so they recommend barbecue. So I went with that, not realizing that they were gonna drizzle barbecue sauce over the entire pizza. My 7 year old hated it. So I ended up throwing the entire pizza away. Super disappointed.
Make the pizza like it is advertised, warm and with cheese. My pizza was cold and had no cheese, only sauce. I took a picture and was going to post it on your media page.
Took about 10 minutes before we were actually acknowledged by someone at this location while in the hut lane. Customer service definitely did not feel like it was a priority.
Friendly employees. Great food!
I've never known of a Pizza Hut with a drive-thu window, but this one has exactly that! Super convenient with the pandemic still in full effect, and sadly making a strong comeback. Pair that with friendly staff and you got yourself a 5 star rating!
