This lady gave me the last of two items and handed me a half empty plate like it was fine. Then I waited for chow mein and she helped another large order customer before returning to my order. I was there first. Never going back to Panda. Small portions, highly processed flavors that taste acrid, I don't know what my family saw in them.
I think all this place needs it's to give their employees customer service skills classes, ( maybe not all) because the food is good the portions are plenty but maybe they are underpaid or they need incentives. Hope you're attended by the good ones.
Don’t know whats going on but the food had absolutely NO FLAVOR!!! Not even the orange chicken which by the way was just fried breading. Will never order from here again. Panda is not what what it used to be. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Overall, the food is great and serving size is excellent. The one food that sucks is the fried rice. Everytime I order it, it's hard and dry. It's no likely that I'll be ordering fried rice ever again from any Panda Express. Such a shame.
HORRIBLE FOOD ! I been on the toilet all day after eating a 2 side meal , the rice was uncooked , the meat wasn't chewable . Just DISGUSTED . DO NOT WASTE MONEY HERE !
What is going on with Panda?? Food is old , rice cant eat it is hard , beef and broccoli is mushy, chicken tereyaki is not what is used to be. They had the breast and use to cit now is scrap of chicken what they give you.
I went in and this what they gave me saying that’s the right portion size this is B.S. I don’t want to go in and pay $10 for a bowl of rice that’s the last time I go to Panda Express
Very rude people working at the hemet location. I will not return to that location. I ordered teriyaki chicken they did not put teriyaki on my food so I asked her and she put about one spoon on it and was angry that I asked. She rolled her eyes at me. I had been there once before and always getbad attitudes. I will not ever go back.
I love panda express! It's fast and inexpensive. Today I went in and only had to wait like 5 minutes to get my food and that a long time compared to how fast it usually is.
