The food here is so good. I forgot to order my food with no cilantro. I am one of those people who loathe cilantro. Normally if there are two specks of cilantro, i am mad and refuse to eat whatever it is. Theor food is so good that i ate my fish tacos, cilantro and all. My boyfriend was amazed. Many adult tantrums have been thrown due to cilantro and these tacos were so good, i didnt even care. I have been trying different dishes each tome and have uet to be disappointed. The waitresses are sweethearts. Super nice ladies. Quick service, food comes out quickly and its hot and fresh. Definitely recommend giving this place a try!
Yay! After hearing how good the food is and how friendly the staff is, I finally got to try out their Chili Verde Omelette, this morning. It was the BEST I have had. Their country potatoes, also the Best! Our lil’ 4 legged girl Peanut, was welcomed inside. She says Thank You❤️ I will tell all my family and friends about you!
After finishing up at Hemet Golf Club, we decided to try out a new mexican food place in the area. Found this gem on Google maps. My lucky day.......they had ground beef tacos!!Outstanding tacos at that ! What a find.....We will be back !!!Oh, and the service was above the top !!!

Stopped there for dinner and had a steak Ranchero it's strips of steak in Ranchero sauce onions tomatoes celery and other spices this was the best very friendly atmosphere and friendly and respectful waitress I had a great experience try it out you won't regret it
I found this place on google maps and suggested going to my boyfriend. When we pulled up he wasn’t sure about it but the waitress,Eli, was so friendly and welcoming! He quickly felt comfortable and ordered the recommended menudo. I ordered the corned beef hash with hash browns, eggs, and biscuits and gravy. It was delicious but I think I will order the chilaquiles next time! As for the menudo, my boyfriend was very happy as he ate it up! When I asked if he would come back he quickly said yea! Hah! We will be back! Thank you Eli!
Dined in a few years ago and food was delicious, service was great! Dined in last week and service was horrible! Only one other table with 2pwople and 1 person at the bar. The waitress kept trying to hear what the other table was talking about and got our order wrong. Decided to call in an order to go. Picked the food up and she got our order wrong again! Tired of people going to work and not caring about doing their jobs! Won't be going back until they get competent waitresses!!!
Wonderful service and even better food! I suggest the kitchen sink omelet with the French toast and hash browns! Absolutely delicious!
Overall great job Ocotillo Restaurant & Catina! We got take out for dinner last night and the food was pretty good. We got a cheese and bean burrito, carne asada dinner plate and a 2 enchilada plate(1 beef and 1 chicken). All the food was really good. The burrito was pretty big and we liked how the carne asada was slices of beef instead of the normal chopped up pieces. The enchiladas were smaller than expected but it tasted pretty good. Since the food was pretty good we decided to go for breakfast this morning and that was a great decision. There was no wait for seating and the service was really good. We knew the food was going to be pretty good and we weren't disappointed. We ordered 2 kids pancake breakfast with eggs and bacon, kitchen sink omelet with hashbrowns and a chicken steak with eggs plate. Everything tasted great and portions were big. There was a little confusion with our order but wasn't a huge deal. The waitress was quick to fix it. The only thing that prevented me from giving them a 5 star is they need to update the restaurant a little. There were a few booths that have rips on the seating and you can smell the bathrooms if you are sitting on the right side of the restaurant. It was wasn't really bad but definitely noticeable. Overall a great experience with take and dine in. You definitely won't be disappointed with the food.
I have been here twice now and the food does not disappoint! Great service as well.
