New building, with minors basically running the store. Customer service could be better and towards closing time, most of the employees don't care what the quality of the food is, they just want to get home. Every time I go there the sweet tea is not sweet and I have to go in or drive back around to get another one. The food I got last night was cold and like I said when it's close to closing they don't care. Really wish they would have taken more time to train staff better.
Worst Big Mac I ever ate (after decades of Big Macs). Dry, flat, hardly any sauce at all, and not even hot. Just room temperature. I had to swallow a lot of water to get it down. I gave one star because the fries were good.
Worse experience with McDonald’s I’ve ever had. I’ve had bad service before but this was by far the worse. Young teenagers who work there and just joke around. Only take care of their friends behind us. Don’t take our order or even tell us the lane is broken or not working. Went to finally order at the window and he tells us they have no quarter pounder meat. Worse service ever. This generation of teenagers is ridiculous, hire new people. They had air pods in their ears and acted like they just didn’t care.
REALLY happy with this location as far as quality of service and food. While yes it's fast unhealthy option for lunch. It's nice that their fries where hot even if they had no salt on them an the serving was quick and friendly. Too many fast food workers don't like or respect their jobs and it often results with the customer getting the short end of the stick.
If i could add a minus star i would. First & foremost the management is completely rude & disrespectful. I tried to mention a spill at the door as i was walking in and was told “To mind my own business” I also mentioned about their trash overflowing from the bins and was just givin a dirty look. Another time i went in i took my nephews in for some ice cream & cookies and the whole crew in the back was nonstop yelling back & forth at each other. It kinda startled my nephews and they immediately wanted to leave the location. I asked to speak to a manager at this point but was just pointed out to a wild green haired girl but it just seemed like she tried to look busy to avoid me trying to have a conversation with her about the incidents i witnessed.
Something didn’t taste right, turned the light on to this. Recovering from a surgery and didn’t want to try to make dinner with tubes coming out of my body. Instead i got food poisoning. Their phones aren’t even working so I couldn’t warn anyone
This is a brand spanking new location! Your fries are hot, and the burgers fresh. This new location is busy probably for those exact reasons. I hope it stays that way
3/19/22New McDonald's in town, maybe a year or two old. We are a small town but we now have five McDonald's in town. This one is modern, comfortable, and does a good job with the food. The fries were hot and the ice cream machine worked! So, would highly recommend.
The drive thru was spacious which was nice. Ordering was quick even though they were busy. Had to wait a few minutes for our food but they had 2 pick up windows and a place to pull around. Very nice layout.
These people literally didnt gove me the chicken nuggets I ordered and paid for. And to top it off, when going back to McDonald's from my house, all they gave me was 6 packets of sweet and sour. Calling the BBB soon as I get a chance
