The worst experience at a McDonald's! It started without a greeting for several minutes. The individual who took our order was not familiar with the menu. After my husband ordered, I ordered a cheeseburger. He charged me for a happy meal. When I asked for a refill on my iced-tea, he told me he would have to charge me. We waited over 5 minutes for my tea & no refill. We walked out. The restaurant was also dirty. I will never go back!
I would give this place no star but to leave a review I had to put one at least. The Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I overlooked the few other times they gave me cold coffee which was stale or a burger that was cold and tasted old. But when you get up early in the morning wanting a fresh HOT cup of coffee and a sausage Mcmuffin that is NOT where you will find it. I received a lukewarm cup of coffee this morning along with the worst Sausage Mcmuffin I have ever had. Stale hard bread, cold and it was enedible. Obviously they don't care about their customers since passing out distasteful food is a regular for them. Never will go there again, I have been to many McDonald's and this one by far is the Worst.
There was a one day deal on my phone for two 20 piece Chicken Nuggets for $5.00, so I drove a little more than a mile round trip.I went inside and told the guy behind the counter that I wanted to order the special deal on the chicken nuggets and told him it was two 20 piece chicken nuggets for $5.00.I was told I had to use the McDonalds app to order the special deal, so I opened the app and ordered, but it charged me $7.60 counting tax. I told him that was wrong, because the deal clearly said $5.00 for two 20 piece chicken nuggets, but now that it had been ordered, the special shown on my phone was no longer there.I spoke to the manager and he said there was nothing he could do. I said yes there was and that he could refund my money that had been taken from my bank account using the app. He said he could not cancel the order and refund the money to my account, so I said: In that case, just refund me the difference in cash and he refused.Now I'll have to call my bank tomorrow to dispute the transaction.I will never go to that McDonalds again, even if I have to drive a few more miles to get to a different location.I am also calling McDonalds corporate headquarters tomorrow to file a complaint about the problem and about the managers inability to take care of the problem right then and there.The managers name is Felipe Farah and is one of the worst managers I have ever had to deal with.The manager should have just given me the $2.16 difference, in the form of a cash refund and I would have left a satisfied customer, but I left without the food I had planned on eating that evening and I'm totally angry and I'm hoping McDonalds corporate headquarters chews the manager out and hopefully he gets demoted!
This location is Constantly missing items,And Handles the food extremely poorly...We Ordered 4 Double combo meals and they all came single but not only that, we added condiments as well paid the difference and the burgers and fish sandwiches were old and tossed together like the employees have No respect and are angry as hell..This is Extremely Unprofessional??? Be careful at this location
Maybe I'm tripping I'm not sure but this particular McDonald's in Hemet doesn't come off on point like the rest. For some reason their fries come out with no salt and their burgers don't seem like they're at their full potential like the other McDonald's restaurants, their burgers just don't come off as tasty as the other restaurants for some reason doesn't seem as fresh and hot, you could tell they're slapping them together super fast I'm not portioned correctly either.
Service is slow, workers are rude even when you're polite. I'll drive 15 min out of my way to get decent service and to receive what I actually ordered.
I've been to this location twice. First time, I ordered in drive thru and was sent to wait in the parking lot to wait for a simple order of chicken nuggets. Today, I ordered through the app and it took more than 10 minutes to get my order and a medium fries were forgotten. I don't think I'll be stopping by this location again.
Very Dissatisfied everytime I order they never give bbq sauce and when I called the manger said they to busy to put it in the bag. Very poor work habits poor Management
No lettuce nor tomato with we asked for. Had to ask for the missing large mocha frap
This place is amazing. My kids and I always buy breakfast here before going to their college. Yes, no matter how old we are, McDonald's has a special spot in our hearts --- and our stomachs. This one is right next to where we live, so we get to enjoy our coffee and drinks longer, as we travel.
