Its cheap fast pizza. You know the quality isn't the best but tastes great for the price. Personally my favorite is the stuffed cheesy bread as I will get an order of those for myself to eat instead of having any of the pizza. We always order lots of crazy bread too. Ordering thru the app is a breeze with easy fast pick up too. Definitely suggest ordering ahead to avoid waiting in any lines for food.
It's really hit or miss with this place and the one in San Jacinto. Sometimes they're ridiculously packed, other times not. Same with the food. Sometimes it's really bomb and other times, not so much. Tonight was not so much. They were pretty busy, but it went surprisingly quick. They did have what I ordered ready which was nice. When I got home, I opened my crazy bread bag and was so sad. They were almost burnt and the dark ends were super hard. The pizza on the other hand was ? so not a total disappointment.
Excellent service! The other times I've been in there it was complete chaos! The manager messed up my or after waiting 55 mins after calling the order in 25 minutes before because I know they take forever. I'm so happy with our oder tonight it seems they have new staff with great customer service skills and hospitality! I applied myself for a position there. I've got a lot to bring to the table so I hope I get the job...overall great experience tonight..05/22/22

I ordered from the store all the time now I will not be getting food from here at all I had ordered on the portal but my order did not get picked up so I called nobody picked up I was on the phone for an hour until they close and nobody picked up that phone nobody ever picked up this phone at this store now they're telling me that they did not throw away any orders that was big enough that night which is a total lie so not only do I lose out on 33 bucks but on my food because they tried telling me they can and the food they tried to give me a $5 Pizza if they had zero Stars I would do that. Ridiculous they lost a great customer that's for sure I will not be going to this Little Caesars ever again . Very rude people very rude I was being nice the four times that we talked by the fifth time I was done and they're trying to tell me that they can only give me $ 5 Pizza that is just ridiculous.
I'm currently here in the store where there is a line and the phone has been ringing non stop. They're are 3 young ladies and a young man that I can see. The reason for the 2 stars is you can't be a successful business and not answer your phone. There could be problems of any kind and all you have to do is say please come in or please order online we're really busy. I'm sorry for any inconvenience. When I finally got to the front counter I did receive my order in a timely manner.
They make me want to go back and make my own pizza. I probably could do it better. Children and ignorant people work here . Makes me wonder how why their parents didn’t raise them better.
What a joke. Notes posted everywhere that they needed exact payment. No bills over 20s, take out system was down. Line out the door and in the pouring rain. Parking lot was a disaster from construction. As if that wasn't enough the Italian cheese bread had no sauce! Regular bread sticks didn't come with the dipping sauce and we paid for extra. No one behind the counter wanted to be there. 1st and last time we will be there. If I hadn't spent 45 dollars I would have left.
If I could I wouldn't even give it a star, My wife ordered on the app when we got there it still wasn't ready and to top it off , THEY DIDN'T EVEN CUT IT , this place and even san Jacinto aren't even worth it anymore they are just getting worse no wonder they cant keep the same managers
I ordered an hour ahead. I got there and my order was not ready. I had to wait 15 minutes for things that are supposed to be hot and ready for pickup. They had a whole hour to get my order ready and they didn't. I did notice the employees talking and playing around. Their conversations, must of been more important than getting their orders ready.
