La Morenita Livingston makes Taco Bell look like a 5 star Michelin restaurant. I ordered the shrimp diablo and they bring me shrimp ranchero. I call the waitress over to address this with her and she tells me that it is diablo. I know the difference between ranchero and diablo shrimp. In order to avoid making a huge scene in the restaurant, I let it be. On top of this, they avoided us like the plaque and only bothered to come over to give us the bill. Unbelievable, they mess up on my order and then try to fool me into believing I wasn't seeing what I was seeing. Rice was old and dry. Beans were like watered down Roserita refried beans. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOUSY BLAND MICROWAVE FOOD. PLENTY OF BETTER MEXICAN RESTAURANTS ACROSS THE STREET WITH FLAVORFUL AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD MADE FROM SCRATCH, NOT MICROWAVE CRAP LIKE THIS PLACE. To the owners of this establishment, your employees are driving you out of business with this type of behavior.

Absolutely delicious food, prepared fresh with a beautiful presentation. You can tell they take pride in what they do. We highly recommend La Morenita and will definitely go back!
Wife had the molcajete and she liked it. I had the shrimp and fish taco. Good spot if you wanna be low key. Nothing fancy, but food was good and waitresses were friendly.
Nice cozy place. Went here because of the reviews and got a to go order. Got the shrimp tacos and shrimp cocktail. A bit more pricey than I was expecting but when I tried the food it was really delicious and well worth it. Very friendly service too. My new favorite Mexican/mariscos spot in Hemet. Will definitely be going often.
Salsa was super delicious. It was our first time here. Food was alright. Customer service could use some improvement. I don't think I'll be coming back. It wasn't our worst experience, but not good as well.
Excellent customer service and best shrimp cocktail ever! My husband enjoyed the beef flautas. Definitely recommend and you will love the authentic Mexican food.
Excellent locale for lunch. Service was friendly and fast. The place is really clean and pleasant. I had the chile verde, huge portion and good quality. The corn tortillas could be upgraded. But honestly, most Mexican places do not serve good corn tortillas. Regardless, this will be a go to for me when I'm in Hemet for lunch.
This is my favorite Mexican food in hemet.Kind of a hidden gem.The agua chilis are my favorite in town. Also the sopes are always on point!Just had the California burrito and it is definitely one of the best in town.Customer service is very good. They are always kind and working hard.I would recommend this place to anyone in town or out of town!
