One of the worst chicken spots ever,,, I order one thing they give me something else. I sit out front for 5 minutes Bangin on the glass because their dining room is closed. Finally somebody sees me and points me back through the drive-through with there's 2 cars and lines so I have to wait again. Then when I get to the window I tell her my order was messed up the chicken sandwich that I want they don't have any left. She keeps trying to offer me a famous bowl. I asked her if she has chicken Popeyes. Oh no don't have that either. Every time I come to this KFC they'd never have things in stock or they always mess up my order
Flavorful chicken and love the coleslaw. Mashed potatoes tasted watered down. Biscuits were good. A few chicken pieces were hard to figure out what part of a chicken they came from and no meat on them anyway so we tossed them out. The price was much higher in person than what it was online and I was told they charge more if you don't pre-order online. Really? Thats ridiculous!
Had the worst experience ever at this KFC location. I ordered on their app, went to p/u but not ready. Asked to wait 20 mins, I'm irritated but I wait. After 25 mins I go inside to get my food, I'm told it will be an additional 15 - 20 mins because they gave all the chicken away to drive through customers. I then ask for a refund of my order that totalled over $80. The manager says he can't refund my money, I need to go through the app. I've had a couple of other issues in the past with missing food items but this was the worst-case yet with this specific location.
3/20/22I don't believe they let you dine in yet, when we went by all the chairs were on the tables and it was only about 6:00 at night. However, after extensive research into fast food chicken burgers, I find that KFC has the best chicken burger as far as I'm concerned. So I would definitely continue to recommend.2017?Very cute place, with the usual KFC options. I like it.
They don't have grilled chicken any more and when I ordered family pack it was all backs and legs. Ugh

Dropped my food on the ground in drive thru. Then gave me the wrong order. Had to pull over and go inside. Gentlemen, possibly a manager, fixed my order. Gave me 3 cookies for my trouble. Are u serious, 3 cookies?!
I love KFC but this was the driest KFC chicken I have EVER had!! I got my order about 6 p.m. and this chicken tasted like it had been sitting for hours! Every bone in the wing was also broken and slivered! I've had Much better chicken from Stater Brothers Deli!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS LOCATION!!
Speedy service and very friendly staff. Order was correct and everything was good. My mother in law said it was the best piece of chicken she's had in awhile.
