I am extremely disappointed in the sandwich I bought at this location today. It was very dry even though I ordered it “Mike’s way”. The bread was not fresh. One end was hard and not edible. it was definitely stale bread. Jersey Mike’s has always been one of my favorites. but, this by far is the worst sandwich I have ever had from a Jersey Mike’s. I will not be going back to the store again.
I go to jersey mikes everywhere. The hemet location is horrible. The cut for my bread was a mini, I ordered a regular. The female manager basically just threw my ingredients on, along with adding ingredients I told her not too. Bad attitude the whole time. The whole vibe of the location is different than any other mikes. Sucks I have to drive to menifee location to get a decent sub and service.
Great food...but the girl putting all the fixins on my sub started to help out the kid working the register. She touched a pen that everyone else touched and a small notepad that was also touched by everyone else. She never changed her gloves...so my sub had everybody's cooties on it....I could care less...but some other customers seeing that might be disgusted and report it to the Health Department. Basic food prep training is needed.
Arguably the best sandwich/sub chain. Food is delicious and quickly prepared with quality ingredients. Con: expensive. $40 for 3 people. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
This is my everyday spot for the past year. But about a week ago I seen an employee sneeze all over fresh veggies and laughed I ask what his name was and he wouldn't tell me but another employee kindly told me his name , ritchard was the name so please beware for this careless employee when eating there
I absolutely love Jersey Mike's and the employees they are very friendly And if you show up 5 minutes before closing they are willing to take you in
Expensive for sandwiches! Ordered a kids meal (qtr sandwich with water and a cookie), regular Philly steak, and the giant Big Kahuna with one drink and the total was $42. My Philly was bland and not much taste and not much meat. The Big Kahana they got wrong and charged for the right one but gave us a Philly. Told them about it and instead of making the correct sandwich they gave us the missing toppings heated up in a container to add to the sandwich ourselves. I'm sorry but for that price the sandwich better be amazing and made right. Total disappointment.

Great fresh sandwiches, app functions well. Lately a little stingey on the meat.
I've been coming here at least one a week and the best part is the Points I have earned where last Week I had 230 points and got two free Regular #2 Mike's Sub and get two of those and two #7 for my wife and Daughter. Plus they have the best Root Beer and Cream Soda that I ever had.The People are always Friendly and very hard worker and the Best part is getting my Military Discount. Retired Navy Combat Veteran after 22 years & 100% Disabled Veteran.
