I always come to this Jacks specifically since it’s always the one that’s gives me the best service and each time I come I get serve by Lexi and she’s reason why I keep coming back .. she’s always respectful, reads my order back clearly and is quick if there’s any mistakes (rarely because she’s on it) her good attitude and awesome customer service is contagious and I hope she is recognized for her hard work !! You’re the best lexi thank you !!
Nasty cold food.. It never fails ever time I go there my food is always cold even if I ask for fresh food.. ??
First appearance of the place is very well maintained and kept clean Personnel employees are very respectful and professional. Food is top-notch no complaints fresh vegetables on burger meat cooked just right buns not smashed no issues at this Jack-in-the-Box I highly recommend it over anyone in Hemet!

This place is hit or miss, as far as them getting your order right. I've only experienced disappointment in the drive thru though, they're pretty good in the lobby.
Really nice service and very polite. When they ran out of oreo thick shake mix they gave me two cheesecakes for free and refunded my thick shake!Thank you to those employees
Well it was fast, food was decent, service was poor as had to repeat my order 4xs and still few things messed up. I get it, fast food right but at $27 for 3 people I still expect better training of new members. They shouldn't put new employees on the drive thru.
Open till 2:00 a.m. sometimes that's the best option. I believe del Taco in Hemet and castanetas are the only 24-hour fast food places open in this town. Jack in the box has a bigger variety I think at the One stop shop!
Worst experience i have ever had there at this location. My receipt says Jacob but that was not the person who helped me. The young lady at the window was extremely rude and kept slamming the window when I asked for certain things for my order which after paying 45.00 still didn't receive all of my order. She didn't put ANY straws for my 5 drinks. And no fries for my granddaughters kids meal. She didn't have a drink carrier so I asked for a box or something because I was alone picking up lunch and couldn't carry 5 drinks. She basically told me that it wasn't her job to figure it out she then put them in a bag which was fine but the attitude she gave was super unnecessary. I waited 45 mins in the drive thru for lunch today. Poor service was not what I was expecting.
I love this Jack in the box they're pretty quick get your order ordered and to you within minutes I loved her Oreo shakes, I'm very addicted to them!! And they do take the EBT food
