My husband and I came to this location the other night and in the drive thru there were a bunch of little rats running across the driveway to the back entrance door and their garbage which is right next to the restaurant was infested. I usually don't leave reviews but that was seriously disgusting! We told one of the kids in drive thru but he just said "would you like to place your order" lol so hopefully they brought it to managers attention at LEAST
For some reason this jack always does their prices wrong. I get the munchie meal at night every time and the price is always different. Sometimes it’s the eighth reduced price for the time and sometimes they just charge day prices just because they get mad about having cars come up.Now for the part that really got me here to review. They turn off the menu light so they look close. We drove around the whole building. All the workers hide in the back so you can see them at the drive thru window, or the front. The lights are mostly turned off. I honestly expect a refund at this point because I’m so annoyed with how many times I’ve been charged an extra money every time I go there
They made all my sandwiches wrong. The spicy nacho chicken sandwich is supposed to have cheese on it and it didn't have any, it just had the really really spicy chicken patty and onion rings. The regular chicken sandwich was supposed to be plain and they put lettuce on it and the spicy chicken sandwich didn't really have much lettuce. And they always give me old fries. And they didn't even answer their phone when I called to complain.
Over priced compared to most Jack in the Boxes. Ordered a large caramel coffee and got a regular size and it didn't have any caramel flavor just tasted like burnt coffee. Super dissatisfied and disappointed
Adrianna performed with utmost excellence...fixed my online order without an argument made sure i was satisfied and did it all with a sincere smile...this customer is much appreciative...then Courtney went beyond her duties and help carry my order to my vehicle...These two individuals are Jack in the boxes prized possessions
If you can't provide fresh ingredients for your food raise the prices but don't sell this trash please. Everyone is aware this is fast food and not a fancy restaurant but the owners of this franchise or corporate should have some decency and sell tacos that don't taste like cardboard. I often go to jack in the box in different locations and this particular location i have been twice and both have been a big disappointment I will never return or give them by business.
It is Thanksgiving day and I'm grateful this store was open. There were a bunch of people who came in and things were a little slow but not because of the staff. They were hustling.One lady grumbled saying she won't come to this store again because they were slow but she backed down when I gently reminded her that it is a holiday and we should be grateful they were getting food to us at all.
They work really hard here, and the quality of customer service is better than it has been in the past. They're busy, at one of the major intersections of town, but they get it done.
We placed our order through the drive thru. We told the young lady we were done ordering but decided to order some desserts. She was very polite & patient with us the whole time. Great customer service Viridiana! Thank you!!
