I placed a pick up order through the app for my niece. I live in Los Angeles abut my niece is in hemet. This store did not open their doors and would not let her pick up her order at 1138am. They told her she needed a car to go through drive thru and puck up her order. They would not let her pick up her food. This is crazy!! The employee' name was Majaika. This is just frustrating. It's like they are too lazy to work.
Decided to go thru drive thru in the evening/kinda night. BIG MISTAKE tho, I waited 10 min just to get my order taken and embarrassingly waited another half hour just for the line NOT to move so I just left. Kinda ridiculous when there was only two cars ahead of me but a giant line of cars behind me. Corporate seriously needs to hire better managers and more staff to accommodate for those times. Before I finally decided to leave my place in line I saw about 5 other cars make the wise choice to not sit there for 45 min and leave.
The worst jack in the box I have ever been I only go there cause it’s close to me. They need a new manager or just get rid of all the employees. I have gotten all my sandwiches made wrong charged incorrectly and then they don’t give napkins like you gotta ask for them. In the morning it’s the worst please I encourage everyone not to eat here unless you want the work service and food of your life
Worst jack in the box I have ever been too every time I go there I'm waiting at least 10 mins to order even with nobody in front of me then no matter how little or much I order the make you pull up to the front and wait an additional 15 mins for your food, this is not fast food...horrible service and the explanation I got was its cause they were waiting on the eggs like huh...anyway avoid at all cost
We love their tacos little disappointed they keep rising the price of the taco's but the taco doesn't get any better, you get more lettuce every time they raise the price ?
They're good but they never seem to have iced coffee or shakes in the morning.
I will never be going here again. I have a speech difficulty and my husband orders for me usually. We had came by on Wednesday later in evening and the cashier was flirting with him. She has a tattoo that I couldn’t make out. She was visibly eying him and asking unnecessary question and she wasn’t wearing gloves either. When she had given us out food she also had touched his hand and I had seen him pull back. Once we had gotten our food and we sitting for a minute talking I noticed her go outside and start vaping in front of the store. The managers really need to do better on who they hire.
They are understaffed whenever I go no matter if it is busy or slow I have to pull over and park and wait at least 10 minutes for my food They need more help & they need to stop having people pull over because sometimes you get blocked in
Don't go there and eat food the workers worry about the drive-thru line rather than the people walking in they get the orders wrong and they don't even help the customers out that are out walking in
Customer service is none existent here. These employees need to be reiterated on how to do their jobs. And it’s ridiculous how long the wait is and they always forget an item and the food quality isn’t great either. Was here a few nights ago and whoever the guy taking the orders over the intercom kept cutting us off after each item we ordered he literally was rushing us to the window, kept telling us the total and didn’t let us finish and that was rude as h***.Granted yes it was busy but multitasking is apart of this fast paced environment if you can’t handle it find another job.Times before this other employees on the drive thru are rude and have no sense of urgency at all. At least act like you care. This is your job. The Management team needs to step in more on following up with these employees because they seem to do and act how they want without a care.This place will no longer will receive business from my family.
