Clean, haven't been to a IHOP in years. The pancakes were great, eggs and hash brown not so much.
Maaan I can't stand it when chains mess up simple recipes put in place to ensure success. How are you going to give me old, wrinkly, cold pancakes?! I was so disappointed. I'll just make my own darn pancakes. Thumbs down.
If ihop had Dennys hashbrowns and speed of service would be perfect. Prices are stiff but food is decent

Everything was decent. My grandson is the whole reason we went. He ordered the smiley face chocolate Pancake meal. Hes only 2 years and when it came out. He took one look at the sorry excuse for happy face Pancake meal. We told the waitress this looks nothing like picture. Had no cherry eyes no powdered sugar and the whip cream smile melted away long before it hit the table. Waitress said they were out of a few things. We told her could you maybe use red strawberries for eyes since u don't have red cherries. She said ok. Then we had 3 stacks of pancakes on the table and waitress never thought to bring out butter and syrup. Not great service.
They closed early on 12/24 but took my online order and here it is 12/27 and the money has not been refunded yet for something I didn’t get!
Went on a super quiet night, got food to go. Everything was good except they left out the gravy for the chicken fried steak. Was craving pancakes, which I rarely eat. The only thing I was really disappointed about was the crispy hash browns were far from crispy, despite those being ordered as extra cooked.
I had the breakfast sampler with strawberry crepes and it was absolutely perfect
Server/142 Franchez she is the best. I'm proud to get her most of the time I visit I Hop. Excellent customer service.
